It would be nice to have the breakfast smoothies available a la carte without needing to have an entire breakfast. Garage parking should be validated and not be an additional cost for guests.

The Green Drinks for breakfast were great. The location was excellent, plenty of places to eat nearby and nice walking distance to the center of town. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Incredible value. Wonderful location. Extremely helpful and welcoming staff. Very impressive breakfast. Phenomenal price considering the wonderful neighborhood location. It is located in a great neighborhood that makes you feel like a local - but a 7 minute walk to all of the main tourist sites. All of the rooms except for one have really nice neighborhood views.

Location is excellent, close to the main train stations, in the city centre, well surrounded by coffee places, restaurants, and services. The rooms were very comfortable and staff was helpful and very nice.

The choice at breakfast is very limited and quite expensive for what you are offered. There are lots of places nearby to have breakfast with greater choice and at reasonable prices.

The location is excellent with easy access to the old town. There is a metro station nearby and the local area is full of bars and eating places. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The bedrooms vary in size and if you’re staying for more than a night or two it’s probably best to book a larger room.

Not much. When we arrived we were told the lift was not working due to a powercut, but that was resolved after some time.

We asked for a quiet room, and this is what we got, right at the top level of the hotel. Besides having a nice view, and a small terrace, this meant we could have quiet peaceful nights, and this is what matters most to me for relaxing during a holiday. Other than that the breakfast was pretty good.

The reception staff were amazing. On our first day we came in early. The lady at the desk not only stored our luggage but checked how long we were staying and mapped us an itinerary for visiting Valencia. We followed it and had a really good day. Was also a fantastic location near many great eateries at night.

There's no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. There is a coffee machine in reception but it's only available after 2pm, not during breakfast. This did come across to us that they want you to pay for breakfast by having the machine switched off. This made me feel they were money grabbing and reduced my appreciation for the property.

Located close to the train stations, close to the shops (5 mins walk away) and a 10 min walk into the Historic quarter. The hotel is clean, the rooms are small but nicely finished and the staff very helpful (thanks to Noelia and Ana for check-in and ensuring we were ok to explore the city). We arrived before check in and there was no problem storing luggage for no charge, as our room was not available to check in earlier.

The air condition switch was a little bit loud and kept waking me up with each switch threoughout the night, but no big problem.

The room i got was luxurios - spacious, with big windows and two small balconies. Very nice bathroom as well. Complementary water was a great little treat considering the weather! The staff was very kind - upon my arrival, they gave very precise information on what is good to see in the city, suggested a few places on their own,... simply great!

The room was not big. Since we did not have big luggages, it was not a big issue, but with big luggages, it might be hard to fit to the room. The cards for opening the door did always create issues, each and every time we needed to go to the reception, the door lock needs to be changed.

The location was great. Although the hotel was in the middle of bars and restaurants, we did not hear any noise. The stuff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was great, there were many options. The hotel was very clean.
