How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The toilet seat was too narrow, a bigger person wouldn't fit between the sink cabinet and the shower screen, and the was a bad sewer smell in the room when we woke up.
The location was amazing, desk service 24 hours, the bed was comfy, there were small towels for hair and face, and the shower was amazing.

Room was slightly little for 2 people
Nice hotel located in the city centre. All the attractions are reachable on foot. The room was very clean and the breakfast buffet offered many good quality options.

We would have opted for the breakfast if the price was more moderate.
The hotel has an amazing location, our room had a wonderful balcony which we enjoyed a lot. The bathroom was nice and clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff friendly.

Would have liked some more hangers on the walls for hanging clothes!
This hotel had the perfect location for us when visiting Seville for the first time - it is central and not too far from bus station, has 24/7 reception and a good breakfast! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and gave us great tips for restaurants. Plus points for the strong (and by hotel standards - rather secure) WIFI, the balcony and the easy to use A/C!

There is no closet, just a coat rack and a few shelves, by far not enough space. The street is not overly busy, but due to the cobblestone pavement, there was an unpleasant noise level, especially at night. (Obviously, this is not something the hotel has influence on.)
The hotel is very centrally located, Sevilla's main sights are within 15-20 minutes walking distance. A good supermarket and a number of restaurants and bars are also close. The room was spacious, the AC worked well, and the beds were comfortable. This is also the first hotel I've stayed at that has a manual for the shower and all its features.

Small size of room but that didn't affect our stay.
Location is central and easy to find. Arrived after 22:30 and local eateries were all open nearby. Breakfast is continental style and was fine (even had GF bread). We were able to leave our luggage at reception for the day which was really nice. I left my EarPods behind and I emailed the hotel. They got back to me straight away and put them by for me - I picked them up a few days later. Top class!

Not a huge amount of space in the rooms and no major views or pool.
Good location to most of the sites and a good area for food and shopping. Perhaps a bit far for the 20-30 minute walk in heat if your only focus is the Alcazar/ Cathedral and Plaza D Espanga. Staff were very good as was the AC.

I can't fault anything!
A quiet, safe location which was close to the bus station and the main tourist areas. The room was very quiet at night, and the air conditioning was effective and quiet. The breakfast was great, lots of choice! All the staff I encountered were friendly. Everything was clean.

Room size should really be for one person, two people in there feels like a sardine can.
Shower is really good, linens are clean, location is great, many shops and cafés including one for breakfast literally across the street for a lot less than the hotel price.
