The rooms we stayed were a bit dated and you could sometimes here some neighborhing sounds.

Our reservation stated Mountain View but we were given a street one, so at 7.30 in the morning I was awakened by the noise of garbage collectors. Pretty tiring after our long road. The evening before I asked the stuff to give us the mountain/pool view, he said it’s possible only if we pay extra for a higher class room. Also, there with no bath in our room as promised, only the shower. I was also a bit disappointed by the breakfast, lots of sweet stuff, no vegetables, crispy bacon but no fried eggs, only cold overbooked once. Strange for the place with a reputable restaurant. The waiter didn’t smile once. Coffee was very mediocre, strange for Catalonian usual standards. Dogs are accepted, extra charge of 15 euro (in France we pay 6, in the hotel next village we were no charges). So, many things to improve here.

Clean, comfortable bedding, nice pool area, good shower, total decoration, garden, nice person taking care of a pool, the size of a pool. Pets accepted.

The only disappoint was that we arrive at Sunday and this day spa and restaurant was closed, so we couldn't visit it. And for me breakfast was not perfect, the food was tasty, but not diversity.

The hotel room was in good condition, clean, staff was really friendly, and there was the best bed in my life, so it was a great pleasure to stay here!

The sound isolation of the room is very bed, it was possible to listen lots of sounds from the adjacent rooms like sound of running waters and laud talks. The room itseft is very tiny, almost all of space is used by the furniture. It looks that there are too many small rooms in the hotel so there are not enough space for common facilities, so it is even necessery to book a timeslot for breakfast.

Very good location in the center of the small city. Even it is written in the description of the hotel that there is no parking, it is possible to park a car for free not far from the hotel in the streets. Breakfast is very good with the variety of local products, good choice of cold and hot drinks.

The air conditioning in our room did not work. I would have stayed at the Hotel Pey up the street if this weren't a feature I felt was important. It was hot enough that I was relaxing by the pool at 11:45, but I was told I had to leave. I don't really understand why since they lock the access from the outside, but I did not argue. I felt the breakfast lady was fairly rude when she told me they were closed (at 10:30 on the dot). I was only a few sips of coffee away from being finished at my own pace. I'm not sure why she felt like she had to rush me out. Perhaps it's a language issue; my Spanish isn't great and I don't speak Catalan. I was probably more sensitive to her attitude due to a restless night of sweaty sleep.

I have stayed here twice before this summer. It is one of the nicer properties in Sort. The pool area is relaxing.

Despite having SPA in the name of the hotel, it is not open everyday. After spending a few days hiking in the area, the spa was the only reason I booked this hotel. Very disappointed to find it needs a rest on a Monday. Having to book a breakfast slot in advance. Some of the interior needs a bit of a refresh.

Well located and despite not having own parking, parking on a busy weekend on public streets was easy. Varied breakfast of good quality.

Hotel in a central location.  good breakfast  The hotel restaurant for dinner is very good.  Since we were outside the tourist season we were upgraded to a room with a balcony facing the pool
