Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The second stay I had a more spacious room for the same rate. The first 3 days I had a room on the third floor, on the 15th of July I was assigned a room on the 9th floor which was way better and comfortable. the rooftop is nice and the Dj played nice music.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Although the breakfast could hve been a little better for the amount you pay per person it was still enough for us. The location was great as we were centrally located to everything and the nearest beach was in walking distance.

IrelandNo smart TV (surprising in 2025). Wifi weak & non-existent on rooftop bar. Rooms smaller than photos. WARNING: 1) Lights in hallway of room & cupboard on a motion detector. They will eventually turn off if you close door & wait 5 minutes. PRO TIP: Door to room hallway rattles if A/C is on & this prevents the motion detector light from turning off. You need to keep door slightly ajar if you need darkness to sleep. There are also switches to bring down curtains which cover glass wall between bathroom & bedroom. Pool is on first floor and small. Blood stain on clean towels on arrival day & when cleaned on day 2 they took our robes...spa not happy when we arrived without robes on day 3 but lovely lady there got us some when we explained. Resolved fast but apparently payment couldn’t be processed via booking.com? I was asked to prepay via online link (caused extra stress as threatened to cancel booking if I did not pre-pay & I was travelling). Then staff asked me to pay on check-in (even though I had prepaid at hotel insistence) via online link send before arrival. Warning; Roof top bar closes at 10pm — roof closes at 11pm (disappointing as had to walk up 2 flights of stairs to reach it). There is an elevator to 10th floor but not sign posted for guests. Roof top staff not friendly…& didn’t smile. Avoid for food? Served us FROZEN generic cheesecake (see photo) for dessert. Disappointing for Catalan area which is known for their food (especially cheesecakes). The prawns were average not especially fresh and the burger was okay. €5 for coke— nice shop behind hotel if you want to get cokes for €1. Paying for view — which was awesome. But better food close by…
Balcony with chairs was unexpected and appreciated. Showers great. Excellent steam room. Lovely sauna. Great staff in spa. Bar team downstairs great — especially Javier. ..& lovely view from rooftop. Convenient to public transport —10 minute walk to L1 and 3 minutes to 6 bus to main sights. Personally, I would not recommend and would not be back
