SlovakiaThe apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, for somebody it may be a problem. Very few kichenette only, not fór big cooking, but there are lot of bars, restaurant a nearby.
Excellent location, very nice apartment, clean, towels provided. Check-in is online in advance, and the instruction how to find and enter were detailed and easy understandable . Shops, pharmacy, etc., everything is close

The property is in the middle of the city center and you can reach all the city highlights by foot. The staff was really accommodating during check in and check out. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

SpainI’d be great to have a kettle to heat water for tea and water to drink. But very enough for one night. Other point is that you don’t have a bar very close to have breakfast, if you’re in a hurry in the morning or late night. But it’s ok to walk a little to find it. It’d be great to have a coffee just in the place.
Nice, what you need for one night. Wonderful beds, very confortable. When we went in the bedroom it was warm, even when the weather was horrible. We had to walk 5 minutes through the old part of Santiago we’re you have bars and restaurants. Very near to downtown.

AustraliaWalls were paper thin, next room had TV on most of the night, could hear everything….bathroom tiny, can just fit one person in, no real privacy when going to toilet, if you are a larger person this would not suit you.
Clean, quite, bright and airy, lovely quieter location but still in centre. Comfortable bed, there was 2 of us but 3 single beds in room which made it smaller. Lovely small terrace, modern in lovely old building…good shower, fluffy white towels…

United StatesCommunication: Staff wasn’t present at my arrival, which I had announced. I tried going to the accommodation a couple of different times. Since I was not from Spain, I did not have a way to call them (their number is not in What’sup). In despair, I had to ask a stranger to call and in total, I waited for about an hour to check in. There was not apology, which I thought was a little rude. The next two days, the staff I saw there were always behind a locked glass, so overall, it felt distant.
well located, comfortable beds, good shower, drying handles for towels, and they cleaned up in between days without me asking.

United StatesI had a terrible experience at this property due to a bedbug infestation. I discovered the issue late at night and reached out to management, but there was no response or assistance. I had no choice but to leave the hotel at 1 a.m., exhausted and uncomfortable, to search for another place to stay. There was zero follow-up or accountability from the staff after the incident. Travelers, do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely. No one should have to deal with this kind of situation, especially when the management clearly doesn’t take guest well-being seriously.

United KingdomI am giving a low score due to management issues and a lack of courtesy. Our plane was arriving outside of check-in hours, so I was asked to check in online, which I did promptly. I was informed via WhatsApp that I would receive the access details for the hostel by 5pm on the same day of arrival. However, by 7pm, I had not received any response, so I texted them from the airport but got no reply. When we landed in Santiago at 11pm, there was still no answer, so I called the WhatsApp number again with no success. I eventually found an alternative number on booking.com and called it, only to be met with a woman who said that not receiving the details on time or not answering WhatsApp messages wasn't her responsibility. I expressed my concern about the situation, and she responded that it was up to me to either take the access details now or sleep on the street. This was particularly stressful as I was traveling with my elderly mother-in-law. Although she sent the details immediately after, the experience was already quite distressing. I never received an apology the next morning, but I chose not to say anything to make my mother-in-law's experience more pleasant. I have never encountered such treatment anywhere in the world. Additionally, the toilets were quite small, so if you are slightly larger, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Upon check-in I was offered an upgrade from single room to apartment! The apartment was perfect, spacious, clean, well appointed with a queen bed, flat screen TV and kitchenette. It is very modern and just a 5-minute walk from the Cathedral. I had a great sleep in peace and quiet! 10/10 would recommend and stay again!

RomaniaWe booked a room during the time of the blackout. We made the check in online before it happend. We were left outside trying to check in, which we were not able to. After some time we managed to enter the building and discovered they left 4 envelopes with keys in them for the other clients, but for us there was none. After all, we were left without a room and we slept on the floor. After contacting them, they told me they can not regret the situation.
