How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

There are 'ladies of the night' who are basically pick-pockets. So be careful to protect your valuables on an early morning return to your accommodation. My best advise would be to remain vigilant and don't allow then to get anywhere near you.
The room was clean and provided for all my needs. I am a repeat customer and will continue to stay here when in Benidorm. It is convent for the old town and the tourist bars are 1km away with a pleasant walk next to the beach or my preferred choice is to walk along Av. del Mediterráneo.

Everything!!! Friendly staff, good equipments, air conditioning, balcony, close to the beach it’s actually in the middle of the 2 big beach, new refurbished rooms, it was very good experience, I will definetly book again!

There is a fee for the safe, would have been nice if this was included but given the price of the hotel and its location I certainly can't complain. Also the hotel is up a bit of a hill from the heart of the old town which could be an issue for those with reduced mobility.
Great location just a short walk from the heart of Benidorm old town. Very friendly staff on reception. Beds comfortable, AC very powerful, good shower and clean throughout. Nice having a fridge in the room and a balcony.

The shower head needed to be replaced, but we forgot to tell them. A walk in shower would be great.

Needing to leave!
The pictures for this hotel do not do it any justice at all, and for the price I paid, it was incredibly good value for money. The room was lovely, with a huge wardrobe, nice balcony, blackout curtains, aircon that worked great, and a really nice bathroom. I'm 6ft 3 inches, and I didn't need to duck in the shower. The shower hose can be moved also, which is handy when washing after a beach day! The bed was very comfortable, and they even gave an extra pillow, which I also found very comfortable. Reception take your key when you leave the hotel, as they are open 24/7, so no danger in losing the key. The rooms are cleaned every day, looking brand new on return from a day out. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Benidorm, especially if you want to be near the Old Town, and it is a couple of minutes from the beaches. SUPERB HOTEL

Very welcoming reception. Secure Parking opposite Very clean spacious rooms with a fridge ,safe and toiletries. There is a taxi rank at the bottom of the road and only a 5 minute walk to the beach . Very close to shops and restaurants.

First time staying in pension la orozca and I have nothing but AMAZING things to say.. i arrived early and they were more then happy to hold my luggage till my room was ready.. I was able to check in 2 hours early thanks to the lovely gentlemen on reception. Throughout my 11 days there the reception staff were so polite and helpful. A absolute credit to this hotel.. And I would also like to say a huge thank u to the cleaners they do an amazing job day in day out.. they are so polite.. another excellent credit to the hotel.. I stayed in 414 my room was perfect.. exactly what u need for 2 people.. my balcony was a added bonus it was huge.. though the view was only that of roof tops of other apartments/hotels it was still nice to take in the way of Spanish living.. beautiful narrow decorative streets and birds chirping as the sun rises.. the hotel is on a hill so if you are not the best at walking it may be a struggle.. 15/20 min walk from the beach front.. supermarkets all around.. will definitely be visiting here again 10/10. I do not have a bad thing to say about my stay here.
