Shower cubicle quite small even for me a petite size 10. Hand towel and flannel were fine but the shower towel was small, very thin and worn out.

Excellent location a couple of minutes from the centre, very clean, comfortable bed.

The walls are very thin and it was noisy at night. I could hear every sound for neighbouring room including snoring and talking.

This pension has basic facilities but represents good value for money. Its also well located - within walking distance of everything

The staff were very helpful, I arrived to Santander at 9Am and because the check in says 3Pm I emailed them explaining the situation, and they facilitated the check in very early which I appreciated very much, and the location was perfect for me as most of places were within walkable distances ( city centre ,the sea , bars and restaurants etc.

You have to pass through a car access a type of alley which is ok in the day but at night may be not. Unfortunately it smells badly there as people are using it to sleep and as a toilet. Sadly there were quite a lot of homeless people in the area nearby and the area felt a little depressing. Not the hostels fault. Also better signs to the hostal access are needed as it is not clear that you need to enter this alley to find the access at the rear.

We were able to check in early. It was clean and quiet. Ground floor room. OK for 1 night. Bedding was clean but felt a little damp, perhaps not dried fully before changing. It's cheap and at the right price level for what it offers in Santander.

There was some noise until late evening outside the Pension but was not sure if it is always that way or just on the day of my stay

The staff at the Pension were very helpful and responsive. I was allowed to check in early so I was able to fresh up and go sightseeing for a good few hours (I am on Camino). Its own restaurant offers menu del dia which was very good value for money. Location is central so quite convenient.

Wasn't a fan of the way to the entrance as it seemed a bit sketchy but I have had no issues and the owners can't really help that.

Close to the centre of the city, the price and the little snack hospitality with the bottle of water. Good value for money.

The bedding was stained and would find duvets more higenic, the place was warm when we walked in but our room was cold and couldn't turn on the heating manually.

Good location near the bus and train stations, quiet at nighttime, very easy late check in, we got an email with the code before arrival. Good size bathroom and bedroom with a table and a chair and TV.

Basic clean pension near center, quiet at night bit of building work during day when we were there.if walking from bus/train stations go through tunnel,at end cross main road at crossing 10m to right go up calle cervantes then 2nd street on left will see restaurant Figon for key or if closed just few metres and through archway on left,approx 10/15 min walk.
