The flight of stairs can be demanding with heavy luggage. Suggest adding electrical outlet that is close to the bedside table for phones, camera, battery pack charging. One other suggestion is to add to the booking information or check in information that the reception opens at 10 am and if arriving earlier to drop off luggage, to knock hard get the host to the door.

Located just off the Calle Santa Maria de Blanca providing great walking access to most of the Seville's main attractions. The area is also filled with pastelerias, tapas bar, restaurants and cafe's. The guest quarters are located on 2 and 3rd floors accessed through a flight of stairs nicely decorated with azulejas. There is a solarium that doubles as a loungeing area to enjoy roof top seville. The room as expected tiny with a single comfortable bed. The A/C cooled the room and the ensuite bathroom was nicely set up. Wifi and internet were quite easy to use and connect.

My room was closer to a cell than an actual room - I imagine, before the conversion to a pension, that it might have had a former life as a broom cupboard. There was no window to outside (only a small one internally by the door, which had to be kept closed for obvious reasons), and the room was so privy of light I found a wood louse hiding under my suitcase (though otherwise the room was super clean and cleaning of the room was very good). You can hear absolutely everything that goes on in the entire pension, from the people coming in next door at 1am to turn their TV on for an hour, to some of the staff who I believe live on the ground floor, and the quiet hours between 10am and 6am were not respected… If you plan to stay here, bring heavy duty earplugs

The pension itself is gorgeous and very well located, with a very nice roof terrace too. Secure and in a safe area, with lots of bars, restaurants and places for breakfast nearby. Staff are always there and pleasant

We would appreciate if there was some sort of announcement to all the guests to keep more quiet at night, our room window was right next to the entrance on the ground floor and people were very loud in odd hours keeping us awake.

I was staying in the single room with external bathroom. While the bathroom was very spacious and clean, it’s on the opposite side from the room and I didn’t find it very comfortable. I also had people trying to enter the bathroom while I was inside, so it should be better clarified that it is not a public toilet. Also, the doors and walls are very thin so you can literally hear everything. I recommend to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

The place is clean and comfortable, but I was bothered by the fact that the bathroom was separate. I was informed about it in advance and thought it wouldn’t be an issue, but it turned out to be.

I liked the location. It’s close to Plaza de España and the departure point for buses to nearby excursions. All the main attractions are within easy walking distance.

Great place to stay for one night in Seville! Very cute hotel, very central location in Old city (10 min walk from Catedral de Sevilla), and relatively clean! Would come back!

The bathroom is indeed outside the room - you have to cross the inner courtyard to reach it, but it locks with a key you're issued, so it's only you using it. Soundproofing isn't great - we could hear snoring from a room somewhere else in the pension which wasn't even located nearby.

We were staying in a room with 2 single beds and external bathroom. The location is wonderful - all the main attractions are within easy reach. Everything was very clean. We appreciated the possibility to leave our bags in the reception before and after check-in times.

The room was small and the shower room a bit Spartan. Because of the layout , 3 storeys round a courtyard sounds did echo about a bit. Just before leaving we discovered a communal kitchen area with tea and coffee which were not told about.

We checked in late in the evening, by prior arrangement with the Hotel and the front door was unlocked for us promptly and the manager was affable and helpful.

The bathroom down the hall was a little inconvenient, but it was completely workable and very well appointed. It had a wonderful bath I was sorry not to have taken advantage of. Next time. The noise from talking definitely echoes and carries. But, it didn’t seem to bother me in my room.

It really was a beautiful facility—all of the tile work and the colors, throughout, were so uplifting. It felt kind of luxurious even though the accommodations were modest. It was spotlessly clean. While I rarely saw anyone around, the proprietors always seemed to be available when I needed them. The location was perfect.
