I looked up the price today and I see it was at 72 Euros for a room on the following day. I believe the room was overpriced for us at double the amount for a Friday to Saturday stay. Beware and check on other sites for better rates.

The best location — right in the heart of the city. Surrounded by plenty of cozy restaurants and bars. At the same time, it’s incredibly quiet. Nothing disturbs your peaceful rest after a busy day. The hotel is run by a married couple who bring a wonderfully warm touch — everything is clean, simple, and full of care. We’ll definitely come back here.

The most welcoming and friendly hosts. After check-out they helped us with storing our luggage and even small bit that needed ferigeration for couple of hours. The room was very clean and comfortable. Wish we stayed there longer.

The owner is so kind. They clened the room every day, which was very important for us. Also, there are coffee/tea packets and milk provided by them.

Hair dryer simply wouldn't work - on/off button was stuck. Also, the AC remote likely needed the batteries replaced...powered on and off but all other settings either dwindled away or didn't work at all. Easily fixed, though.

Stellar location and lovely area just across from the 'golden triangle of art' - all the major museums, the botanical garden and Retiro Park. Simply and tastefully furnished en suite, attention to detail, clean and quite comfortable. And real keys! Wonderful, well-maintained old building with great 'neighbors', flat terrain and easily walkable to the many good eateries that thread through this close-knit area. José is an efficient, easygoing host - no English but no worries.

Excellent location, between The Prado and Plaza Real, near to lots of bars and restaurants, but quiet inside. Very clean and comfortable. Room made up promptly and with fresh towels each day. Proprietor welcoming and friendly.

I was a bit upset by the fact that I was not given the balcony room as I remember I chose on booking, but the host told me it is not available so that was that. Other than that, I recommend all light sleepers to have ear plugs with them. Although the area is quiet, you can hear every step or shower taken by the neighbors.

The cleanliness, the stuff and the very good location. Literally close to everything worth visiting but somehow in a quiet area. Loved the fact that I could take some long warm baths after a full cold day spent outside. Also, it was pretty warm in the room even without the heating on.

I stayed in this accommodation for 7 nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The place was very clean and well maintained, with towels changed daily. It’s a calm and pleasant environment, conveniently located within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions, as well as restaurants, bakeries, and a Carrefour Express for any necessities. From the first day until the last, they were incredibly kind and helpful, even assisting me with my luggage in the lift. I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived, and the thoughtful touch of leaving a chocolate in my room on the last day was truly appreciated. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. ☺️

Room was a bit noisy during the day, likely because we were located near the entrance. However, the property was very quiet at night and we had no issues or noise interruptions to our sleep.

Good location within easy walking distance of restaurants and major sights. The staff was kind, helpful, and responsive to questions even before our stay. Room was spacious and clean; had nice facilities and additional amenities like fridge and water kettle. Check-in and check-out process were easy.
