Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FranceWhen we arrived we waited over 10 minutes for someone to turn up at reception, when the woman eventually turned up she was very unwelcoming, abrupt and had absolutely no idea who we were or why we were there. We presented her with our booking.com booking reference and she was not interested, then there seemed to be a lot of confusion as to whether it was a room or an apartment we had booked, she seemed more concerned about where we had parked our vehicle as there is no parking at all associated with this property. To add further insult we attempted to eat at their restaurant on the first night, the same woman from reception told us we would have to wait a while which was no problem…..then a waitress seated us at a table at which point the woman started shouting at us, telling us that wasn’t our table and she had already told us to wait….very unprofessional.
A lovely apartment set in a very picturesque village. The apartment is well equipped and quite comfortable.
