Everything. The historical aspect of it, the staff, the food, the hot hot bath at the end of 31km walk. It was precisely what we needed.

We initially booked this place just because it was so handy for the airport (7 mins by car), and couldn't quite believe how beautiful it was when we arrived. It is rustic, historic and spotlessly clean - set in a stunning rural location. The staff were welcoming and the room was beautiful; we also appreciated having the choice of whether it was set up as a double or two singles. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner in the garden and found the food to be freshly prepared, beautifully presented and very tasty! In fact, we fell in love with Pazo Xan Xordo so much that we booked it for the last night of the holiday as well - when we were given an even lovelier room with a four poster bed and a polished wood floor. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area. Very highly recommended indeed. Thank you.

We arrived really late after a badly delayed flight, but the manager very kindly stayed up - saving us from a bad situation! In the morning we discovered that it is a really beautiful old place with a charming ancient chapel and lovely river walk … much nicer than an average ‘airport hotel’. The management helped us get back to the airport for our hire car in the morning. Thank you Pazo Xan Xordo!

Breakfast could have had a bit more variety, for example some eggs options. Cereals, fruit, bread, coffee, cheeses and charcuterie were available though.

Very friendly and flexible staff. We arrived late and someone was available to check us in. Also due to the difficulty of getting a taxi back to the airport, we were taken there for free.

We liked everything about Pazo Xan Xordo. It is a little bit remote, so be prepared to communicate about needing a ride if you do not have a car. It is completely worth it!

The hotel is beautiful, clean, historic, and quiet. The people are kind and friendly. We stayed here on two separate occasions during and after our Camino. A delicious dinner is available as well.

This is an excellent stop to savor the last day of walking until you reach Santiago. Nice historic interior and the meal was delicious as well.

Beautiful property in a great location just off the Camino route and a short walk into Santiago. Great hospitality, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast and dinner, to high standard, available in dining room. Beautiful chapel and the gardens are a little oasis of calm. Highly recommend.

The hotel's location requires a detour of about one kilometer from the Camino trail, but they offer transportation from the trail.

The property was beautiful but it was off of the Camino in case you’re hiking. They do provide transportation and were there promptly to pick me up. The building and grounds were wonderful. They don’t provide laundry service but washed items in the room and dried them in the horreo on the grounds.

I did think perhaps the breakfast could have more veggie options as I don't eat cheese or meat - so i payed more for eggs but it's okay really it was such a lovely place to stay

Me and mum stayed after a flight - he collected us late evening which was so very kind of him. Very lovely people and would certainly love to return when I look to do the caminho.

If I could give it an 11 I would however it is about 500 m off of the Camino. It does allow you to take a short walk into Santiago the next morning, but the food is fantastic. The people are fantastic and you just can’t beat the room.

It was a bit expensive as Santiago was full due a concert. On normal days and price it’s no a bad place to stay.

I had a short night before leaving Santiago, the place is close to airport.
