Pro: very good location and close to the center and tourist spots. A supermarket is about 10 minutes from the hotel. I feel very safe. The price is very reasonable for this location. Cons: I found a roach running in the bathroom. No AC remote control. It was very hot at first. I asked the staff to fix the AC. He came with the remote control and low down the temperature. I left with the remote control with him. Then it was too cold at night. No way to adjust the temperature by yourself. Wife was not provided or posted until we were asked for it. Facility is very limited.

Friendliness of the staff, the location is close to restaurants and spots to see in Seville. Very close to bus stop from the airport aswel. Room: it's quite small but good value for money

Doors are kind of old and make noise when opening and closing them so you can hear everyone coming into their rooms but everyone was pretty respectful of the time - great stay overall!

Now, Room 19... centrally located on the first floor, its one and only window faces the hotel’s inner courtyard—which means you’re basically a live audience to everyone’s check-ins, check-outs, and midnight musings. Think closing the window will help? Think again! It offers all the soundproofing power of a wet tissue. And while the walls themselves aren’t thin, the noise somehow travels through them with the determination of a backpacker on a budget. As I write this, it’s 3:12am, and the couple above is still going strong after an hour and a half—I’m both impressed and mildly traumatised. At this point, I feel like I owe them a high-five and a breakfast. All in all, a great stay—just steer clear of Room 19 unless you're into accidental eavesdropping and impromptu audio drama.

Charming and simple little hotel with everything you need for a short stay. The room was compact but clean, and the hotel location is absolutely spot-on—just steps from all the main attractions, yet tucked away in a peaceful little plaza. The staff were lovely and full of great recommendations (the flamenco show was a highlight!). I’d happily stay again—just not in Room 19.

Originally we were given a room with a very unpleasant odour. However the concierge was quick to give us two alternative rooms to choose from. This was very kind because they were fully booked.

Floor wasn't very clean, found some hairs in multiple spots, but the rest (bathroom, bed etc) was very clean. Room was a bit dark and lights were bright, maybe a different shade of lamps would make it more cozy. Personally I didn't like the itchy wool blanket (I prefer a duvet), but I know it's used a lot in Spanish accommodations. Overall very good experience though!

Room was bigger than expected, bathroom was very clean, daily cleaning service including new towels. Receptionists were very kind and helpful. Also, the patio was beautifully decorated and the accommodation wasn't too noisy! I also liked that there were sufficient power sockets close to the bed to charge my phone. Price was good as well.

One bad mark is the bath had no plug. Why advertise a bath if you don’t want people using it?

There was a strong musty smell of mold in the room and there was actually mold on the ceiling. The room was so humid that the socks I washed when I arrived were still wet more than two days later. And you can hear everything happens on the hallway as there’s no wall. I couldn’t sleep well during my stay because the bed was very uncomfortable. Especially it moves every time you move just a bit on the bed and it makes creaking noises against the floor. It woke me up every time I changed my position while I slept.

Location is perfect! You can reach to everywhere by walk. And there’s a city bike station just 1-2min away. I enjoyed riding a lot along the river. Staffs are kind.
