The apartment is excellent with plenty of space for two people. The location is also extremely good, just a couple of minutes walk from the old town. Having free garage parking was very helpful, as without it we couldn’t have stayed so close to the town centre. The host was very helpful with instructions for getting to the parking to meet him, as the streets there are behind drop-down bollards. The apartment facilities were generally great, but there is no kettle or electric coffee maker, so you have to boil water for coffee on the hob (very slow) or in the microwave (ok, but you can’t tell when the water is boiling).

Given its location, it has the potential to be a fantastic apartment but it could be so much better Charge a bit more and set it up with basic provisions (viz coffee, tea, cooking oil,, sugar etc.) Provide quality towels and.toiletries. We should not have had to ask for an electric kettle, extra towels and wine glasses, all things which we would expect to be provided.

It was noisy on a Friday & Saturday night, but that's Spain for you! No kettle, that's a very British thing I'm sure! The electric sockets in the kitchen looked overloaded. Bedding had been washed in strong biological powder, we had to wash again.

The flat was large and very well located. It was quiet but still very close to the main attractions and not far from the train and bus station. It was very well equipped, so that we were able to self cater a bit. It was very clean.

We had a bigger car that didn't fit in the small garage, so we had to find a parking space ourselves. The landlady did not speak another language. The bedding for the extra bed, pillows and bedspread were not very clean.

The apartment is located downtown Córdoba which is perfect if you want to visit the area. It has a closed and secure garage which is a plus if you travel by car. The apartment had all the things we needed and it was clean. The owner was very nice and accommodating. It is really a great value for the price! We highly recommend to book this place!

We bought more kitchen wash clothes/towels in order to do dishes since there was only one and bought a wine cork opener since there was none. Also bought paper towels. The salt and pepper shakers have hardened salt in them so can not use. But we loved having a kitchen and used the coffee pot quite a few times. Thank you for having some coffee for our use! We appreciate it.

The intentions of the hosts might be the best but the whole stay unfortunately turned out feeling like a prison sentence. Very complicated entry to the area and especially if you have a car. Although the sub level parking was free (a big plus) the entrance would not be for the faint hearted - narrow as ever unless you have a Fiat 500. Beds were not very comfy and way too short for me (1.84m) Bed sofa the cheaper kind and thus not comfy either. The worst though was that we as a family with a child that needed to sleep could not separate, some of us going out since the only set of keys were on a pad lock with one key being the one for the electricity for the whole apartment, making a separation of the group being out on errands, such as picking luggage or loading the car in the garage etc would have to use the keys for at least 3 doors/gates to reach the apartment making the apartment totally blacked out in the meantime. Extremely inconvenient which made us feel more like prisoners having to make complicated arrangements with phone calls back and forth and having to hold up and guard the gate for example. They wanted us to drop the key inside the apartment upon checking out and even that turned out to be a little mind puzzle as the gate back out to the street required a key. A true Fort Knox! This should be clearly listed on booking ahead of booking.or being reconsidered by the host.

The location was excellent, just a few steps from the entry to the area where you find the Mezquite but as we had a car things became somewhat complicated. The price was ok for being so close to the sights.

Confusing directions and we had to wait for a long time for somebody to meet us to give the keys. Very narrow and stressful parking lot. Turning electricity on with the key (difficult when you enter in the evening). Uncomfortable, hard sofa to sleep on in the living room. One of the apartments we rented was advertised as having 2 sofas in the living room but in fact there was only one. All in all, it's nice for 2 people but not for 4.

Great location close to many attractions. Good air-conditioning. Well equipped, clean bathroom and kitchen and comfortable mattress. Plenty of hot water.

The parking a bit far i wasn’t expecting, i had to go back few times to pick a forgotten items. Its not really easy, however, the parking itself is safe and underground. No water in the fridge, its costs nothing to keep a tap water garrafa there. Unfortunately when i woke up early morning i smelled sewage smell from the toilet. It was disagreeable The bedroom mattress is old and spongy, i suggest you need to get a new one asap. Despite all this, i recommend this flat im sure the host will read this comment and will do the necessary as he looks proactive. Hope to visit it again soon

Location The host is super friendly and helpful, he came in 41 degrees heat to assist us with ckin, i appreciate that. Very centralised with most of historical monuments and parks around. You dont need to drive. I like the fans at home Price is very fair and well deserved

Pillow were stained and felt sticky. Description indicated 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed but the room only had a double bed.

Good Location very near to the castle and old town. Many eating places. The part-time staff was very helpful. He came out to bring us to the parking garage as we drove 2 rounds and couldn't find the entrance to the garage. Appreciate his effort.

The guy who met us gave us very little information. We asked if there was a map of Cordoba and he said no... We did find one in the booklet in the apartment. He was not very helpful at all. He didn't explain the difficulty we might have in getting our car out with all the crowds attending the patio festival. The apartment smelled musty and there was mould on the windows and on the ceiling in the bathroom. Noise from upstairs neighbours could be heard during the night and early morning from streets. The bedlinen was old, and the mattress wasn't good. The was no outside space to sit, only a communal patio with no seating even though it was advertised as having a patio.

The location was the only good thing about this apartment.
