As it was in the centre of town on a weekend there was faint noise from people around at night. It was not really an issue as we slept alright. There was a loft with no balustrade so it could be a problem for young kids but not for us

Beautiful property, close to everything eg metro, airport bus, restaurants, Ramblas, Casa Batlo, shops. We got the address wrong and we got in late but the property manager kindly waited for us.

It is hard to say the bathroom was clean because of the old and rusty areas. The hot water in the shower does not last long. The mattress was a little hard.

The location is excellent, a walk distance from most places. Very close to metro stations. The outdoor patio is a pleasant extension of the room.

The bathroom was very old and stained - there was a big crack in the sliding doors onto the balcony as if it had been smashed, it was locked using a wooden stick, the stay was for 4 people with 2 beds there were only 4 pillows in the apartment so made sleeping very uncomfortable,

Bath towels were sub-optimal; others were still damp from recent washing. Bedding for sofa sleep was damp as well. No hair dryer. No soap/body wash, which i was prepared for anyway. No issues to worry about.

Location was unbeatable! Easy walk to Prado Museum and others, Starbucks, restaurants, and shops. Loved the balcony looking over the park on Paseo Del Prado. Stylish apartment. Couch inside entry area while we waited. Elevator/lift. Host was friendly and helpful.

The smell of the drain from the bathroom. If more than 2 persons are in the property - the bathroom is reachable via the sleeping room only.

Nice location, plaza Catalunya is very good choice from transportation point of view (underground, taxis, bus lines, hop on hop off buses, airport buses). Security staff in the building. 2 lifts. Big terrace.

The facilitiy is missing basic comfort amenities that can be easily added such as full-body mirror, larger trash cans in bathrooms, more lightings in dark bedrooms, more counter spaces in bathrooms and all those small cheap stuffs that can make our stay enjoyable. We stayed 3 nights but we felt like we stayed at a budget place despite the nice large apartment. 2nd bathroom is way too small, our adult children chose to shower in our bathroom. We checked in at agreed upon time but cleaning was still going on. We waited around an hour as they rushed to finish cleaning.

Location is amazing! Size, high ceiling & living room furnitures are making this place nice for hanging out. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, nespresso pods, etc

There is an outside balcony with furniture and a roof terrace, but the terrace has no furniture up there to sit on. If you are on sofa bed bring an eye mask as the light is not blocked out.

Great location, good sized apartments with easy check in process with Gemma. Perfect for our group of girls, we especially loved the third floor apartment.

The bed was quite soft, but is just me.

The apartment was very nice, location perfect, near Catalunya Square, sound proof apartment. There was the Pride Concert, 50 meters close in Catalunya Square. We barely hear something inside the apartment. Staff very professional, we made the reservation on Booking, in 10 minutes they were in front of the apartment. Very good A/C.

Accessibility and location in town. all shops are around and transports facilities very well situated. the appartment is very bright and very comfortable x5 persons - one couple and 3 teens. all facilities in the appartment are exceptional - highly recommended thank you

God bed and the location was very central.

Terribel smell in bathroom. Entrance to the bath room, where from inside off the bedroom. Other than that, it was okey. Nice sun terrasse on the top off apartment, but no sunbed or furniture on it. Private terrasse, but next door apartment, could see over the fence. Only one key to the apartment. Security 24/7, so possibel to store luggage downstairs. Apartment was at 6'th floor.

The only thing we didn’t like is the AC both in the living room and the bedroom is not working. The weather was pleasant when we came so not too much of a bother but gets warm at night when sleeping.

There is no breakfast or fruits or bottled water provided but the location is in the middle of everything so that helps a lot to buy the essentials you need. The selling point of this place is its location and has 24/7 security guard so it made us feel safe during the entire stay.

The bed was rather uncomfortable & squeaky.

The location was fantastic. Lots of great restaurants and a supermarket, all walking distance from the apartment. Metro is also just outside the apartment which was another bonus. The flat itself had a well equipped kitchen and facilities to wash clothes.
