As others have mentioned in reviews, noise from adjoining rooms can be a problem. We called the front desk about some unusually loud neighbors, the front desk called the room and the issue was resolved. We stayed on a Friday night and did not hear any noise from the street in Room 203.

Only stayed one night on an overnight trip from Madrid. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, a/c was easy to control, and a lot to choose from on the breakfast buffet. Front desk staff was especially helpful. Easy walk to the Aqueduct, a little too far for us to walk to the Alcazar. All in all, we were satisfied with our stay.

My only negative thing to say would be the beds. They could be slightly more comfortable had they opted for a double or queen rather than two single beds.

This hotel was totally beautiful. Everything was super clean and well designed. The room was bright and airy, with a huge bathroom full of all the amenities you could need and more! Ive never stayed in a place that came with a hair straightener! There was the nicest little bar and courtyard where they serve a fantastic breakfast. The location was also perfect, super close to the Aqua Duct and Cathedral, as well as many great bars and restaurants.

Everything was great!

Staff was unbelievably friendly and available to answer any questions. On a side note; my wife and I also like to add a fun request to our stays. For this stay our request was for a picture of Henry Cavill and a box of chocolates on the night stand. We booked this trip 7 months in advance and forgot about it and were laughing when we saw gorgeous Henry staring right back at us when we entered the room. Also a handwritten note from the staff about our request. I like to think the staff enjoyed the request more than we did :)

If you ask guests to choose a bed type and I select a double, don’t follow up later saying it’s subject to availability—that wasn’t stated at booking. In the end, I didn’t get it and had to sleep in a single bed. Not the best way to start the experience.

Great hotel in the center of the city. Can quickly and easily walk to all sightseeings. Very clean, cozy rooms. Special mention should be made of the comfort of the beds. Nice and helpful staff in the hotel. We will definitely come back here again.

The parking is a bit annoying as you have street parking and have to keep track of when it expires. The wifi was horrible (basically unusable). The room (207) was far too hot and the AC couldn't keep up but this could have been due to it basically being the attic and there being a heatwave.

The property, staff, and location were all great. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Segovia and the staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in a historic building very conveniently located for walking to the main sights of Segovia (which is well worth a visit). Very helpful staff. Large, comfortable room, excellent bathroom. Small but attractive garden/courtyard behind the hotel. Good breakfasts, and the hotel arranged for us a great packed breakfast when we need to leave early to catch a train. Highly recommended.

The staff member at the front desk was delightful to deal with, understated but friendly and thoughtful in the ways she assisted us. I hit a small problem with a parking fine (my fault), but the receptionist was helpful and friendly in her manner of helping me resolve it.

No hooks in the bathroom, not one, no space to place personal toiletries in the bathroom, tv not working and most importantly, no foreign language tv channels once the fault was partially rectified, so what good is a Spanish-only tv in a hotel presumably visited preponderently by foreign tourists?
