Food 10/10 location 10/10 staff 10/10 apart from over sleeping at check out and the staff dealt with it in a very bad way rude way could of made me not stay there the 2 lady’s who came there to my room at check out

Very central location. Great park in the hotel, very nice atmosphere. Big variety of food and nice to sit in the evenings outside in the park of the hotel and the grill having a dinner.

A lift would have been handy for suitcases.

Everything in this hotel was excellent! The food was very good and delicious, and everything was fresh. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool was also great. Overall, we were satisfied with everything in this hotel. I should also mention that the hotel staff were amazing and created a very positive atmosphere.

The food options are repetitive is you’re staying there for more than one day you’ll get bored. Also very fatty (fried nuggets etc…). Cocktails are quite sugary although diverse. Finding a parking spot IS UNBEARABLE. The entertainment and activities they offer in the all inclusive package are not attractive also not really clear.

Very well situated next to the center. The place itself is huge you have several pool locations and cute passages in between trees and a mini zoo.

Food was tailored more towards European guests rather than British. Hotel is German owned and this was clear in the food choices.

Location was excellent. 5 mins from the main shops, sea and bars. Couldn’t be faulted. Drinks choice was good. Entertainment staff worked very hard. Lots of space about to wander around.

Nothing I can think of

Brilliant location, lovley comfortable room. The hotel restaurant can be really busy at peak times, but the staff work really hard to keep the tables clean. The pizza station is the most popular thing in the restraunt and the lovley man trying to keep up with demand is working so hard to keep everyone happy. For me travelling in my own I preferred the lunch service which is served by the pool and is alot less frantic and more chilled. I really enjoyed my stay and am planning my next visit.

The coffee

The location is perfect. The rooms are big and comfortable. Very clean. Reception personnel were very helpful and friendly. We loved the pool area and the barbecue restaurant. Annoying is the people who put their towels around the pool area and then don’t come until 12 o clock

Having to pay for the room safe was a bit of a nuisance. For the sake of a handful of euros for the stay, wish it was just included.

Staff were fantastic. Food was good (have seen previous reviews saying food was cold but we didn't experience this), evening grill was the highlight. Great selection of drinks, and excellent pool area and facilities. All round recommended.

WiFi was non existent.... Took about 3 minutes to send a message... So I automatically paid the roaming charge for my tariff back home... Stupid little sherry glasses for wine at the bar... Ridiculous for an all inclusive hotel.... Don't understand this to be honest... Mind blowing... 🙄

Loved the outdoor restaurant that was open from Wednesday to Sunday. The staff were brilliant too... So professional... All the facilities in the complex were brilliant... Gym.. Good enough and the pools... Amazing...

I have to say that the whole place is beautiful, accessible, friendly, spotless. The breakfast, the food, everything was delicious and very varied. The evening shows/ entertainment was lovely and vibrant. I can’t complain about anything. David, the bartender was great, Ariana, Alex, Eline, Seline, and Francesca was so happy, alive, friendly. Overall, everything was spectacular! Well done .. we will definitely be back with the kids next time.

The food was terrible we had 8 days there breakfast was cold lunch was cold and evening meals was cold we only ended up eating possibly 6 times ere and had to go out and pay to get hot meals …it didn’t matter what time you went for food it was always cold I complained one morning at breakfast and was shown a microwave to warm it up … not being funny but I paid a lot of money to be all inclusive I shouldn’t have to warm food up.. if this place was self catering it would be perfect but the food lets this place down …

The fan in the room helped but the room was warm at times.

Room was in a good location. It was spacious and clean. The pool’s were good and the facilities for kids were brilliant.
