Air conditioner only in living room, not other rooms (but given enough time, it does cool the whole apartment). The fan in bedroom was very noisy. Socket for lamp didn’t work in the bedroom.

Location - close to Metro and all attractions, opposite a 24 hour shop. Good cleanliness Quiet neighbourhood Pots, pans, towels and dish cleaning products provided.

There is only one air conditioner. We originally thought that the bedrooms will have an air conditioner. It was quite hot when we stayed so having just an air conditioner in the living room is not enough to cool down the bedrooms.

The apartment was very spacious. Our son liked the small separate room, where he could have some privacy. Great location - just a few steps from groceries, bus stops and underground station. The kitchen was small but very well equipped.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The apartment was cozy, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the apartment is great as it very close (1 minute walk) to the metro station. It was comfortable for our 4 member family, the beds were fine. The lady at the reception was kind and helpful. The check-in was online, we received a detailed and accurate description how we can get the keys as we arrived out of office hours.

Booking process via booking.com was a little complicated and unusual.

Great location right next to the metro, clean apartment which was well stocked. Gisela at reception was super helpful and gave many tips on things to do in the city. Beds were good and sofa bed was decent.

Insufficient hooks in the bedrooms for hanging personal belongings like handbags, coats, scarves for easy access. A mirror in the living room or short hall-way before the main door would be helpful.

It was cosy, clean & all electrical amenities worked without a hitch. Best of all, Gisela was most helpful before our arrival, and very informative about the area, pointed out places of interest & transportation on a map & caution us on safety of our property. Our stay coincided with Easter week, so the office was closed 3-4 days of our stay. She ensured that we were well stocked on the essentials.
