I made sure I need a Taxi I was waiting at the main door taxi somewhere else . I ALL MOST LOST MY FLIGHT. IT WAS TERRIBLE. I got a lift finaly from thr main road. I can't reccomment to any one. The place was very clean.

No complaints, sorry. Be aware that you can hear the airplanes from the airport, but it was no problem whatsoever for us.

everything worked well and the house is very nice. I think the room in the 3rd floor is great for families, and they have a wheelchair accessible one in the ground floor. Otherwise there are shared kitchen and a nice seating area for independent travellers, and there are two very nice cafe/brasserie type of restaurants 4 minutes walking distance -- especially breakfast was amazing (great tortillas, great service and cheap). The host was super nice and helpful, and we could ask for extra requests via whatsApp. Everything very efficient.

Shared kitchen is poorly equipped. There is a plenty of apartments, but in the kitchen there is just 1 cup and about 6 glasses. There are not glasses for wine, cups for coffee etc. As accommodation is close to beaches there can be clothes dryer.

Nice accommodation. Great location for airport, downtown (15mins by car), beach. Comfortable beds. Children's playground is very close. Parking places 100m.

Perfect for the airport. We arrived late after a puncture on the car so we were a little concerned looking at previous comments. The 24 hour reception number was great. Alex could speak English and he got us checked in quickly and efficiently.

Rooms need some fans. It would be very helpful if the host provided more information on eating and shopping in the local area. You are quite a way out of the city centre.

There was two issue that, while irritating, didn't taint our overall stay. The first was, for whatever reason, our key cards didn't work on the intermediate doors, so we were technically trapped inside the boundary of the building for our stay. The staff didn't seem to be there much and communications was a bit of a challenge. My wife is Portuguese and is competent with Spanish, yet still struggled, so I'd wonder how someone would fare with no Spanish at all. The second issue was there appeared to be a faulty fan in the kitchen area that ran for the whole night. It sounded a bit like an extractor fan but I couldn't find any switch for it. It probably wouldn't bother most people but we had to sleep with the bedroom doors open due to our little ones being afraid, so in the dead of night, the noise of the fan became quite apparent. That said, it didn't impede me from getting back to sleep anytime I awakened.

We booked a two bed apartment and I have to say it was massive and very well equipped. Their fridge, for example, was bigger than ours. There were lots of beds for the little ones, and the staggered arrangement was a big hit for them. I was a little concerned about the proximity to the airport meaning a lot of noise, but the apartment appears to be well isolated and it had no impact on us. There is a lot of parking, which is free, and the general area itself feels like a quiet countryside village, with a nearby building of historic significance - it certainly didn't feel like we on the edge of a large city.

No dustbin in room, only one socket at side of bed so if you wanted to plug devices in you couldn’t have lamp on. There was another socket across the room but too far to plug in phone and relax in bed whilst it’s charging after a long drive. Water machine downstairs only took coins and I only had notes so lay thirsty the whole night. I was aware when I booked it was a shared bathroom but this was the only available choice when booking. As I have Crohn’s disease it was a wrong choice for me personally as I need to frequent the bathroom but every time l went to the bathroom it was occupied. It also didn’t feel very private and there were used towels from other occupants left on the floor. There was a noisy client that selfishly kept the entire building awake until 3am but this is not the fault of the hotel as there was nobody on reception and they have a quiet policy that the client disrespected. So no sleep until 3am then waken at 8am to noise pollution from maintenance works that continued up until check out at 12 am.

The host was a perfect gentlemen and did everything to accommodate and make you welcome and your stay comfortable. The reception staff in morning and cleaning staff were also very polite and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean in all areas. The hotel is modern and well maintained. The location was a bit tricky to find on Sat Nav but when found was in a nice location. Outside garden area / patio is a nice area to sit. Bed was very comfortable.

Strange check-in system

Honestly didn't expect much from this place and was pleasantly surprised. The room was big, parking nearby, and since the neighborhood is residential, it doesn't feel unsafe. There are a bunch of playgrounds for the kids nearby. And a great chickenplace right down the road (Batzoki Erandio Goikoa). If you are visiting Bilbao by car, I would recommend.

The young lady doing almost all of the work, cleaning, checking in, laundry, carrying luggage up to the rooms. Overworked and definitely underpaid.

It's a bit of a drive to get into Bilbao (15min), but I knew that when booking the place so it wasn't a surprise. There's no good transit options from here in to the city, so hopefully you have a car...

It was a great place to stay close to Bilbao for a reasonable price. The place was clean and we had access to a large communal kitchen + outdoor seating/dining area. There was also ample free parking across the street - which was a big help for us traveling by car. The village of Erandio is small and quiet, which suited us and the kids for getting a good night's sleep.

Communication could be better. No response to messages on Booking.com system or direct email, including asking for a cot for our infant daughter in advance of our stay. Spoke by phone on arrival and was told a cot no longer available.

We booked a quadruple room for a family of four, but were only give a double room, which was completely unsuitable for the 4 of us. This was resolved after an hour or so, but we were also double charged for our stay: once by Booking.com; and also direclty by the accommodation itself. We are still awaiting the this to be resolved, and have not yet received a refund. This, and the room mix-up have detracted from what is actually a good choice to stay near Bilbao airport.

Great location near the airport, with an excellent bar/pizzeria a short walk away.
