The hotel in Spain was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, which really made a difference. The room was tidy and had a mini-fridge, which was a nice touch. A few extra pillows and a coffee maker would have made it even better—there was only one small pillow on the bed. The swimming pool was small but fine for a quick dip. The food was good overall, with a nice variety at both dinner and breakfast. A pleasant stay with just a couple of small things that could be improved.

No tea/coffee in the room, main lifts are broken so had to use service lifts, housekeeping taking towels away and not leaving new ones.

Good location, nicely designed room, somewhat decent breakfast, very pleasant and helpful reception staff.

The quality of food for breakfast could have been better, sometimes they ran out of fruit and other items, coffee from the machine 5/10

Our room had a separate room attached for the kids. Location is good for beach, restaurants, and town. Staff kept the room very clean and were friendly.

Used the restaurant for an evening meal once and wouldn't recommend food was cold and bland

Use of the disabled lift for getting the pram up and down from the pool was great. Fridge in the room was also really good for babys food.

Breakfast lack quality and variety. The coffee/cappuccino was not very good at all. Dinner was poor in quality and variety The hotel despite some recent budget upgrade to the rooms is rather dated and in some instances below standards. beds and mattresses not very comfortable.

So, I really wanted to like this place because the staff was nice and the idea of the place is fun, but honestly so many were wrong that I cannot give it a good review. Let's start with the room: to get to the room you have to take the elevator walk a long corridor and go down a flight of stairs with your luggage (no elevator there). You get to a room that has been newly renovated to find a bit of plaster here and there (we had to ask them to come and clean it). The ac/heater is not working (the temperature where on the colder side and it got down to 16 degrees in our room). The insonorisation is also non existent. There are always activities in the facility and our room was just above the "fun"room so it was basically as if someone was in our room giving a show until midnight.

Breakfast was okay. Your typical buffet breakfast. The room are pretty new. The location is good if you only come for the beach (it's a bit far from the city center)

The room lacked comforts...no coffee or tea ,no room fridge ,not even a packet of tissues.Everything is down stairs .Very expensive room .The food was not what we expected,a lot of reuse of leftovers.

Firstly definitely not a 4 star, beds so hard my husband could not sleep and had to complain, finally got another mattress after a bit of a not nice experience at reception, the food was very basic and look warm and a egg station that don’t do omelettes

Downgraded me from my actual booking to far less appealing room. Not sure how the place got 4 stars. Hotel it self is renovated but can not hide its age. You find better value for money in the area.
