Rooms could do with a refurbishment- a little tired and dated. There is no air conditioning or ceiling fans in the rooms (although small fans are available from reception), so they are a little warm and stuffy in the summer. Restaurant staff are not the most attentive nor friendly- this compares poorly to other Paradors.

Very hot, no air con in rooms, so a bit uncomfortable to sleep, pool could do with a clean, sauna wasn’t working, just a bit tired overall. Breakfast expensive 21 euros each.

The light switches in our room didn't allow us to have any reading lights on. There was only one switch at the door, and it turned everything off with no possibility of keeping any other lights on!

Usual Paradores are exceptional but this one didnt meet my expectations. No WiFi due to a storm, no aircon as the hotel doesnt have we were told. The breakfast staff were overwelmed by the number of guest. Just 2 to serve the whole room. The staff were very helpful but you need more than two or 1 as it was on our last day. Some of the parking was fenced off for other guest making it diffuclt to pass

Everything was fantastic but if i have to mention anything, the stairs to the top floor area has the last step on the way to move around the the room, hit it twice as i walked, but it'sore an anecdote more than a problem.

A nice hotel probably just inside the 4 star category but fine for our overnight stay. One of the very few places open in early November. Very easy to find and park. The breakfast was very good but not good value at 20 euros. Buffet style plus hot food served to order. Very good service.

The room was stiflingly hot despite it being cool outside. There is no air conditioning and sleeping was difficult and unpleasant. The hotel is primarily geared towards skiing and a visit in July was akin to being in a furnace. It wouldn’t hurt to provide a fan.

The accommodation was generally good and the hotel facilities are excellent.The location is also excellent .

We dont had comfortable experience at your hotel we made request for couple bed but they give us indvidual bed they ignored our request We have payed all expensive amount but we reached late they did not acomodate us for food kitchen was closed room was dirty moreover shower of bath were leaking and our room was wet due to entrance of water from bathroom we are regular customer of booking .com but this time we had bad exprience .

For the cost was hoping for a decent bathroom with a walk in shower rather than a tired bath and over shower. If you wanted a drink from the bar we often had to wait as there was nobody around.

Its a large spacious hotel with private secure parking.
