Booked Balinese bed two days running and weren’t informed on first day of extras that went with it - cocktail water and fruit. Only got on 2nd day.

We stayed in a suite with great views of the ocean & the volcano. Living room furniture VERY DATED & uncomfortable. Dining chairs shows wears and backs appear to need reglueing. Bed mattress too hard to our liking.

The staff was wonderful. The food service & beverage service was great. Pools sparkling clear & clean.

Only criticism was the lack of beer on offer as part of the all inclusive package. Limited to Dorada which was disappointing.

Overall experience was positive. Customer service was excellent.

Evening meals not versatile enough, hotel between reception, bar, entertainment room very unclear and confusing… entertainment indoors only and downstairs was too hot and therefore unpleasant to stay and watch.

Option of using pool in the neighbouring complex was great.

The room was quite small with limited space for our two suitcases.

This is a quirky hotel with excellent facilities and friendly, helpful staff. It has separate areas in the restaurant and separate pools for adults only. One of these areas by the rooftop pool is a lovely space to relax with great views. We had a problem that meant we could not get our scheduled flight home. The staff were very understanding and accommodating and booked us an extra night no problem. The buffet restaurant was standard for this type of hotel, but the choice and quality were superb. There is a courtesy bus down to the beach area, which runs every 30 mins.

We stayed for a one night stopover on our way to La Gomera. The staff at reception were very welcoming and helpful. The room was a very clean and comfortable. There was a good food selection for both dinner and breakfast. The pool area was clean and well maintained. They seem to provide a wide range of facilities for families.

Our room location was not great. I contacted them directly to request a nice sunny room prior to arriving. We were given a room on the ground floor in a very dull dark corner in the annex block. No sun at all at any time. Very disappointing. Only saving grace was it was cloudy. Had the weather been better I would have requested a move. Room was also really cold at night. We used the available blanket as well as the bathrobes on the bed. Food was ok, not quite 4* but you get by.

Better quality orange juice. More fresh fruit, less canned. The restaurant could use a bit more variation in the menu over the course of a week

Bed wasn’t very comfortable but that’s it.

The spa services and staff were exceptional. Best massage I’ve had! Food was good, lots of choice including vegetarian and pool facilities were clean. Staff through out the hotel were very helpful and friendly.

The food isn’t as good as it used to be years ago - although there’s still lots of nice options to choose from, if you do get bored there are lots of nice restaurants nearby. We had a premium family room in the more traditional part of the building - great sized room however felt that the bathroom was a bit tired - stayed in the actual hotel before and the bathroom’s are really lovely and modern. Having to pay additional for the premium drinks package!

Great location - can walk to the beach and lots of restaurants/bar’s nearby 🏖️ Staff are amazing - really friendly and super efficient Great hotel in terms of number of pools (Adult only pools) and the rooftop solarium, bar and restaurant - stunning views across Los Cristianos Rooms are really spacious and kept clean daily Great fireworks display on New Years Eve
