The building needs some attention in terms of structural things. In the bathroom there were many cracks , including on the sink.

The food was very delicious and every day different. It was quite so you can have a rest. Also, very close to the Puerto de la Cruze

Everything was great, there is nothing to whine about.

Room was spacious, with living room, small kitchen, clean bathroom and big bedroom with comfortable beds. One balcony with entrance from living room and one with access from bedroom. Great!

Limited parking, the night receptionist guy was very rude to use, very uncomfortable beds, one of the terrace doors did not close, you could hear the gas water heater come on every 2 nights even during the night, it s like hearing a driller and so it made it hard to sleep, breakfast was ok but not the best.

The pool was nice and the view from our room was lovely.

VERY poor breakfast. Unpleasant staff (for ex. light in the breakfast room was literally turned of at 10.00 sharp. I took 2 bananas and was told to put them back. Tables are cleared throwing cutlery in a bucket, plates and cups on a metal breakfast chariot, imagine the constant symphony of sounds) Outdated rooms/hotel Basic pool area Booking reservation is not automatically send to the hotel reception. Breakfast not very good, hot cooked options was cold. For 3 days there was no muesli available. For such a large hotel the two six person lifts were inadequate especially around meal times as long queues formed, pleased we weren't on the 11th floor.

Sometimes noisy with people in the room above moving furniture.

The room had an amazing view. The hotel was situated next to a lovely coastal path. The hotel provided a free regular bus into Puerto de la Cruz which was a lovely town. The room had a small kitchenette. We played a lot of table tennis and enjoyed sitting by the pool.

Rooms are old, just bathroom was probably few years ago renovated and they put new mattress, but it was ok for our stay. It can be noisy from neighbors, you can hear their showering or toilet flushing, so depends what neighbors you get. In such hotel taking shower regularly at 5am should avoid everybody. Location itself is very quiet. Wifi is not password ptotected what is VERY DANGEROUS these days, they should change it.

Ecxellent and attentive staff. Flexible with early breakfast due to excursion or allowing us to have lunch instead of dinner we cannot have... Late checkout at 12 for free. Very good food, lot of options, buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner too, with free water and wine for dinner. Nearly light all inclusive... For money you pay you get excellent value. Nice location with many paths around coast. Heated pool 26deg C even in February with sundeck and seaviews. Mind there is no beach. We were able park our car everyday just infront hotel.

Staff was really nice and always to help with everything.Hotel is little old but the room was really clean and they keep all areas clean in the hotel. The food for our taste wasn't the best. Parking is too small but we managed to find parking on the street. All together we would probably come back

There were dried food scraps on the dishes in the room I would not recommend a long stay because you get tired of breakfast Parking in front of the hotel is very limited, so you have to find parking on the streets around the hotel (which is at least free) The walls and doors are not soundproof

The elevator was off a few times, so I had to climb up to the 11th floor.

The view out of the room was wonderful, I was able to see far away. It was a really good breakfast.

A bit dirty, especially the bed sheets, but what can you expect for such cheap price, was good.

Hotel is located in good area where is not to much noise, alot of parking around in the hotel and around the hotel. Heated swiming pool was great, there was almost no one in it as most of the guest are older people, they tend not to swim but sit by the side. Food was quite good, they had alot of pancakes which where not home made but quite good.

The way the other guests at breakfast and dinner just kept eating, just sheer greed, they were depriving the other fellow diners of food. Stupid people!!

A bit far, around 1h drive from the south attractions. The hotel has sign of wear, requires renovation. Although they are doing well to keep it clean. Very basic cookware for the apartments. Parking is free within the premise, no reservations possible, sometimes difficult to find.

Location is very close to Loro Park. Buffet breakfast included, good varieties of items. Buffet dinner was only 12 euro/person. Although not much options but still decent. Rooms are spacious and clean. The place feels safe and people seems friendly.

The water in the swimming pool was icy, but they advertised it as been heated. The beds are too soft, feeling like a type of mattress from 20 years ago. Some of the towels in the room looked very old.

The room was spacious, with plenty of room for 3 people. Despite being on the first floor, there's a lovely sea view. The stay was peaceful and quiet. The swimming pool was a bit disappointing because, even though it was big enough to swim in, the water was very cold. The food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was very good in general. The location is good since the hotel is near an excellent trail to enjoy the cliffs area and some beautiful beaches. Overall, it was a great stay!

The only complaint I may have is that our room was near the entrance to the hotel and this was where people smoked while waiting for a taxi or such - the smoke came up to out balcony. There were many German guests and at meal times they could be quite impatient if they felt someone had jumped the queues.

I had read a few reviews about the hotel being a bit run down and yes, it was, but it was a 3* hotel and we were really satisfied with our stay. The room was large and comfortable with a nice balcony. The bed was comfortable, but on the the soft side. Walking distance was the local town with a number of shops and cafes/bars. Pretty basic but with nothing lacking. The reception staff spoke very good English and were attentive. The pool was a decent size and there was plenty of space for the sun beds. Also the prices at the bar (EUR2,80 for a large beer) seemed really good. A really nice place for a peaceful holiday.
