Breakfast could have had more hot options and self service to the point of clearing my own table was unacceptable. The staff were however very amiable.

There didnt seem to be a lift/elevator. We were on the second floor and thought this didnt bother us it would be worth checking if people have problems with stairs. Other than that there was no downsides to this place.

This is a small but very nice hotel just a hundred metres or so from the beach. We had a double room with a balcony that looked towards the beach. Thee room was clean and comfortable with a lovely powerful shower and air-conditioning. There was a nice little bar with very pleasant staff and it was great to sit our on the patio and have a drink. Breakfast was a simple continental buffet but they did cook eggs bacon and sausage if you wanted it. There was a pool area but we didnt use that though it did seem popular but not over crowded. Adjacent to the hotel there is a good eating place that does standard foods and beers we enjoyed our meal there. There is also a music bar about 30m away with singers most nights that got busy. we didnt go but you could hear it easily from our balcony. This did stop at a reasonable hour though and didn't cause us any problems. There is plenty of on-street parking nearby. We enjoyed our short stay and would be more than happy to return one day for a longer stay.

Lovely wee hotel. Great location, bike storage, bar, breakfast was nice. Near to the shops and beach. Rooms were nice with great big balcony. Small swimming pool we haven’t had a time to use. Over all great and ticked all the boxes for us cyclists.

The breakfast wasn't great, nothing to do with the food or cooking, but the flow of the buffet layout was a bit difficult to work out, but it might be because we were just unfamiliar with it. Toaster was a bit slow. But omelette was lovely. Thank you.

We only stayed for one night but it was a lovely friendly hotel with very comfortable beds. Miguel was very helpful arranging a taxi to the airport for us. An excellent traditional family run hotel. Beautiful traditional decor...very tasteful.

The coffee machine in the dining room was not as efficient as on previous holidays. Time for an upgrade, perhaps! I would like second, soft, pillow to be available.

The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of storage and a good sized balcony. Breakfasts were fresh and had an excellent variety. The location of the hotel is excellent, in a quiet street but within easy reach of the beach and the town centre. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel. Room with balcony. Just a block from long attractive beach. Fairly short walk into center of town.Pretty pool in back. Excellent buffet breakfast. They will happily offer to cook you an omelet . Helpful staff. Easy free parking nearby.

It's noisy at night if you prefer to sleep with your windows open, but that's the price to pay for the central location.

Great location with a big parking in front of the hotel (important to us as we came by car) , shops and restaurants just in front of the hotel, a few minutes walk to the beach. The staff is helpful, the rooms are clean and breakfast is pretty nice for the price. Coffee could have been better tho :)

The hotel staff were super helpful and friendly. The room was really clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. The hotel is in a lovely location, very close to the beach and a nice walk into Puerto Pollenca.

Nothing really not to like, except would be nice to have hand soap in room toilets. This is the second year we’ve had to buy some. Some sachets provided but not really suitable for hand soap and would use too many sachets as once opened they have to be used otherwise they would run all over the wash basin. A soap dispenser may be more economical but guess it’s up to the management. Also no glasses in bedroom or bathroom in order to rinse after teeth brushing etc. I did ask at reception for two glasses to be put in room and was questioned why I needed them. We ended up taking two from the breakfast room and returning them at the end of our stay.

Couldn’t adjust some settings on air con, but nothing drastic as long as it worked.

Cheap, clean and tidy and central for our position in Port de Pollensa where we needed to stay.

There were no facilities to keep drinks cold , a mini fridge would've been ideal! Also no hairdryer in the room, I would class this as a basic need.

We stayed here in July 23' and had a great time! The breakfast was buffet style and ample. The location to the beach & local restaurants, shops was amazing, just a short stroll away! Would definitely stay there again but ladies bring your own hairdryer! The lovely bar man lent me his lol 😆
