Worst massage of my life with Irene. I paid 100€ so that someone would put cream on me. When I told her multiple times if she could go harder because I couldn’t feel anything she told me that that was how the massage was like. I payed for deep tissue and we just applied cream on my body for one hour.

Sunbed wars!! Thankfully we went out most days so didnt really impact us. Hot tub was far too hot on arrival and had to wait 24 hrs for it to cook down enough to get in..... not ideal when we were only there for 3 days! Traveled for our honeymoon..... not that it was expected, but no apparent real additional effort made in regards to this.

Location was stunning and staff really helpful. Hotel was clean and food as expected.

Could be abit closer to Ibiza town, but you can’t fault them!!

Fantastic location with stunning views. good access to swimming in clear natural water or the pool. The staff were also very kind enough to let me check in early after I arrived at 12 noon.

The rooms were super dated and you could tell they were “used”, just needs a little renovation in the rooms and this place would be wonderful.

The location, outside facilities, pool, view and staff were lovely!

The bed was the worst I have ever slept on, it was horrendous we had to single beds pushed together it was awful, the kept moving apart, the mattress on each bed were different one memory foam which was terrible i found this so bad the other was a spring mattress and was somewhat better, very disappointed for a four star hotel and actually the bed situation would put me off returning.

The location was fabulous, staff are all very helpful and friendly, the food was excellent, the choice was really good and impressive, the rooms are spacious and bathrooms fabulous.

No lid on hot tub kept getting full of flies so couldn’t use. Got stuck in the lift for an hour and the lady on the other side could understand us so we had to bang on the doors for attention of another tourist.

I like that the staff were friendly, always said hello especially in the dining area. Great selection of food. Wonderful views.

Poor choice of meals for dinner. Old coffee machine with poor quality coffee. No good choice of teas. Parkinglot is very small and limited.

Rooms and corridors really need renovation. Doors, carpets are very old and do not give a good impression. Also I highly recommend to clean windows in the dining area, they are extremely dirty and makes the whole view to seaside unpleasant. Sometimes there was lack of signs with names of dishes for dinner. The elevator was not working in the first day - the staff explained that this was the first working day of the hotel - still I think that you have 6 month to be prepared for the season opening. And last thing that I wrote several times that my husband has a birthday and the personal missed it. Still they left us a present afterwards in the room, but I am expecting in 4 star hotel to be more attentive.

We liked the view from the hotel and the personal - all of them were very kind and smiley. Breakfast and diner were tasty and with enough variety. Wine is not included in the buffet, but the price for the glass is fine. You can go for a really nice hiking from the hotel up to the hill. Overall the hotel was a good value for money at this time in Ibiza at the beginning of April.

Food didnt blow me away on the evenings. Plenty of choices though, I just didn't think it was particularly impressive.

It was a decent stay in a nice cove. Staying half-board, the breakfasts were better than the evening meals in my opinion. Staff were attentive and the rooms clean. Not sure i'd rush back here. It's definitely not suitable for anyone with limited mobility if you wanted to get to and from the 'town' easily as it's up a fairly steep hill

Lovely hotel, clean, comfy beds and good sizes room. The deck chairs along the sea were amazing to lounge on. The breakfast was great, lots of options and all very tasty / well cooked. The dinner buffet was extensive but less tasty but this may have been down to personal preference. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Showers need updating.. Steps into sea too slippery to use, a little thought on some hand rails/ ropes attached to the rocks would make this so much more accessible for guests and a great swim

The communal bar area was dated and some areas around the pool could do with some tlc. This didn’t affect the enjoyment of my stay. Old fashioned entertainment in the evening but you may like this.

The different areas of sun beds, some overlooking the sea and those around the pool was good. The food on a half board basis was fantastic. Lots of choice, fresh and tasty. The sea view room is worth paying the extra for. The balcony was a good size.

Rooms were a bit tired and old, and the beds were not very comfortable. Cocktails were a bit of a disappointment.

Elevators (really small and slow) and drinks menu included in the all-inclusive. Also, the in-between meals snacks were poor.

The food was quite tasty and varied, the pool area and facilities were nice and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
