What an amazing location! Beautiful views of the city and mountains and an incredibly inviting terrace to enjoy them from! The location is also great for heading straight into the old town and enjoying all that Girona has to offer. The room was spacious and had everything that was needed, and free parking was very convenient.

The covered parking is a bit narrow for large cars, but you can also park outside There is not much to do right next to the hotel, but city centre is only 15 minutes by foot

I hoped we could get some food also after the breakfast time and before the lunch time. Not nice not allowing to eat a smoothies delivered in the terrace or common area. I did not appreciate it, that is why 9 and not 10.

The terrace was amazing. Nice cocktails, top notch vibe and really calm. The room was big and comfy.

The walls of the rooms are very thin and you can hear everything from outside as if it was happening in the room. The shower gel and body lotion quality could be improved, they felt like they were watered up.

Location is very special, and the staff were super friendly.

Our room was a bit tired, broken tiles in bathroom, scratched flooring, fittings loose etc Others have mentioned it but more sun loungers and a lot more sun shades are needed on the patio area

Pool was smaller than pictured but nice to have a dip after a day exploring. View from our room was disappointing but we used this as a base so didn’t bother us.

We liked being out of the intense heat of the city centre and enjoyed the ten minute walk into the old town. Beautiful views of the city from the rooftop pool (which is same level as reception so you get snacks and drinks from the tuck shop type set up) Our room was clean and comfortable. Daily housekeeping.

1) The bathroom needs an urgent renovation. 2) The staff in the restaurant was strange, their reaction on our normal requests like still water etc, was weird, they mixed up several things. 3) No food or snack options upon late arrival, only chips, noodles, chocolate and drinks from cans.

The hotel was nowhere near fully occupied which may explain why the bar was often unattended. The card payment machine was temperamental but we ended up putting drinks on the room tab which was not an issue. The acoustics are very poor. In the room all conversations going on outside can be heard as can movements of people and equipment. At full occupancy the hotel would be very noisy

The pool is perfect for cooling off in, but not as large as I’d anticipated (more dipping pool than swimming pool). Some more sun loungers, and some shaded areas on the terrace would have improved our stay and allowed us to chill out there for longer in the hot temperatures. Similarly a water cooler/fountain in reception would have been a useful touch.

Great vantage point, worth the short (but uphill) work from old town for the terrace view. All the staff were extremely helpful, and very lovely. Hotel clean, and had good vibes. Breakfast was great, huge selection and good quality.

The staff was not friendly, the pillows are horrible it’s like not existing was so hard to sleep on it They hardly speak English , most of the time the WiFi is not working and very poor so I had to go for my 5G roaming The breakfast very limited choices
