Disappointed that given its 5 stars we had no kettle to make tea / coffee in our room. Also surprised to be charged a 5 euro ‘room service’ fee for beer at the pool.

Convenient to walk to the old town. A traditionally styled Spanish hotel with pleasant staff. The pool was a welcomed facility in the heat of the afternoon. Overall a good stay for the price paid.

Only one thing … Wi-Fi not great. I had work to do and found it hard going. Sporadic. Car park a little expensive but we had to have it.

The hotel is beautiful. The bed was very comfy. The room very clean. Towels lovely and big. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Ideal location for everything. We would definitely stay there again. We drove from Santander on route to Barcelona for one night and we used the parking opposite the hotel and it turned out to be cheaper than the hotel. The breakfast was amazing. So much choice and the head waiter couldn’t do enough for us.

Great location, a short walk from the centre of town. The rooftop pool was very welcome, along with possibility of ordering drinks while there. Lots of great places to eat in the near vicinity (I recommend El Calamar Bravo). Check-in and check-out proved remarkably smooth.

Characterful and comfortable hotel in the centre of town. Friendly and efficient staff, large and very comfortable room and bathroom. Good location for exploring the city on foot. Classy and relaxing bar area. Easy parking - hotel parking or public.

Great location, nice room and spacious. Tastefully decorated. the roof needed bar service. Room cards were not activated correctly. It’s so inconvenient going up and down from the 7th floor to reactivate room cards ! No apology, nothing. Breakfast staff were very good. Reception staff pretty average. Excellent location for exploring Zaragoza, really central. The parking for our camper van was excellent, I message and a space was reserved. Excellent size rooms and the bonus of a rooftop pool.

Slow check in procedure with long queues, waited for over half an hour for my check-in after a long drive. Breakfast was good but we had to wait a long time for service with very few staff working very hard to run the dining room.

Excellent location, decor in the hotel was beautiful, very spacious, common areas beautifully maintained, lovely bar and overall very pleased.

Wi-Fi kept breaking up in room, but better on the roof! The room was dark as not much light comes through the window. That’s all.

The location was perfect! The hotel very traditionally decorated with great stain glass windows, great roof top pool. Good towels, and the bathroom had a very modern bath inside the shower, the toiletries were personal to hotel and good quality. The beds a little soft compared to other hotels. Staff were very helpful! Food and drinks was good! The air conditioning was good and parking was easy.
