Friendly host at front desk, hotel was clean and well taken care of, location was good- we could walk to several interesting landmarks, host gave us a city map of things to see.

Air conditioning took a while to kick in - wasn't very effective until the second day, which we put down to it being off for a day or two before we arrived. Did work well afterwards.

Apartment is excellent for a short stay - a full residential apartment with kitchen/living room & a decent sized bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Location is very good - extremely easy walk to the old town highlights. Staff were very helpful indeed - couldn't do enough. Apartment has everything you need - appliances etc., hairdryer, iron, all utensils and cutlery/crockery etc.

The pros far outweigh the cons, and some of the cons were down to family circumstances. A family of 4 adults getting ready to go to a wedding, we really needed access to a 2nd toilet even if it was on a communal area. We couldn't get hot water to the kitchen sink, water dripped from the sink onto the floor, and there wasn't a drainer for pots, etc. I've only included things we didn't like for information in case improvements can be made. The overall experience was excellent.

Nice rooms, comfy bed. All basic things available in the kitchen, only missing a cutting board (for cooking) and a water heater to make tea. The reception guy was very kind, friendly and helpful with some extra tips for the city. Thanks very much for that comfortable and easy check in/stay.

The apartment is a little bit dated, but it is very well be compensated with very functional apartment. It has washing machine, cloth hanger, pan and pot, cutleries, etc. It even has mocca pot to brew coffee. It will be more perfect if basic spices provided such as salt, pepper, and maybe cooking oil. But it is one of the best apartments that we rented. We are satisfied with it!

It didn't feel that clean. I used 2 towels and they both had a lot of stains. We had a broken shower, but was replaced, and there was a bad smell coming from a bathroom. TV could use an upgrade, we would have loved to watch something on Netflix on a rainy evening.

The apartment is big (penthouse) and has a nice terrace. It is well equipped. Beds are comfortable. I also liked that it was quiet.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable and located in a great place to access local attractions. It certainly wasn't luxurious, but more importantly it was well looked after. Reception were exceedingly helpful. A kettle was supplied when requested and local advice was readily available. All in all - if I return to Zaragoza I wouldn't hesitate to book this accommodation!

Although it was a very large apartment,it really needs an updating,could fo with a good painting and deep clean .

The lady who checked us in was so friendly and helpful showed us a map of everything and explained were we needed to go ,a real pleasure to deal with. The location was great very convenient to all top attractions. Lovely building outside

The AC is terrible. Possibly even not working. Our apartment remained at 27 degrees inside all the time we were there but thankfully the bedroom was dark and quiet. If not, this apartment would have been a hell hole! So, GET THE AC FIXED IN 2C. If it hadn’t been for the wonderful lady I reception, we’d have given a SEVEN! By the way, we left you a Magnum in our freezer! 😂

Nothing. Everything was wonderful!

We booked our accommodation just a few days before the trip, but the apartment was wonderful. It is located just 10 minutes from the central cathedral. There are many cozy restaurants and different shops nearby. The apartment has one bedroom and a spacious terrace. We have easily got the keys at the reception.
