The Hotel was in an excellent area very convenient and close to the centre. Lovely view from the bedroom balcony. The room was lovely and the bathroom was fine. Breakfast was lovely and the room where the breakfast was served was so nice and decorated lovely.

Breakfast could do with a few more vegetable opitons or eggs. But overall it was more than plenty and delicious!

Our daughter was delighted by the small present we found on the bed upon arrival! A perfect start into our visit to Dinopolis! Room: We loved the size of the room and the kid's bunk bed. We were located on the first floor and the room was dark and quiet and night. Perfect family room! Staff: The staff was excellent and always warm and friendly! We felt very welcome Bikes: We especially appreciated that we could park our bikes safely in the garage to which only the staff had access. Location: The location is superb with only 5 minutes walk away from the city centre and 10 minutes drive to Dinopolis.

The room was rather small, meaning it was very hard to unpack anything. The bathroom was dated, and the towels were rather thin. The WiFi wasn't very good either, we could only get a connection if we stood by the door. There was no separation between the cheeses and meats at breakfast, and serving tongs seemed to be being used by guests for everything. This made it very difficult for my partner, who is a vegetarian. Overall, we thought it pricey for what you got, although this might have been subject to surge pricing as we'd inadvertently booked during a festival in the city.

The location meant it was just a 10 minute walk to the old city centre across a beautiful old bridge that is now pedestrianised. The front desk was very helpful on arrival and gave us a short explanation of the city in English, although not all staff that work the desk speak English. This was not a problem for us as my partner speaks rather more Spanish than I do, and it helps us learn. The bed linen was good, and the mattress was good, if a little hard, and the room and hotel in general were very clean. The buffet breakfast contained many local foods, and our motorcycle was parked safe in their secure garage below the hotel.

The restaurant seemed a little expensive.

The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable and ideal value for money. It had very reasonably priced secure underground parking but you would need to book in advance as it appeared to have only limited space.

The room and ensuite were both a bit cramped, but the overall cleanliness and good supply of toiletries was very good.

The breakfast seemed expensive at 9.50 per person, but it really was excellent value for money, just about everything you could wish for, and all fresh and nicely presented.

The 2nd room on return was the ground floor next to reception. Noisy. People coming in late and getting up early could be heard clearly as could the water and toilet flushes. Double and single beds. Single mattress was terrible and needs replacing. had to use the double also, which was a waste and unnecessary. Wi-Fi good in this room. Clean tidy and very nice otherwise. Breakfast was probably typical Spanish but cakes meat and cheese etc was the majority. There was some better choices of cereal though.

Staff were excellent and friendly. Location is close to the town and a secure garage for me was a bonus with a motorcycle and was the main reason for booking. Air-conditioned room. First room of the 2 I booked was comfortable and quiet on the 2nd floor. Exactly as stated. Wifi did not work in this room but Clean and tidy.

It's a lovely hotel, the lobby is very nice but the rooms are basic. The receptionist Patricia was wonderful! So friendly, helpfully and professional.

We went to Teurel to visit this lovely city. The hotel was modern, clean, comfortable & perfect for us. Personal were friendly and the breakfast buffet was variable & good. The hotel was very close but not in the old part of the city. So it was perfect for us to walk in each day. Parking was easy as there are quiet streets around to put the car to sleep. Can highly recommend this hotel. Met all our wishes. Thank you.
