The vacation was great! The staff was very friendly and did everything they could to make us happy - they allowed us to check out later as our flight was in the evening, for which we would like to thank them. The area is quiet and peaceful - perfect for couples or those who appreciate peace and quiet. The conditions in the house are very good, everything is clean and tidy. We were completely satisfied with our vacation and would gladly come again if possible!

Only downside not for us but as leaving a family advised they had been burgled during night while asleep. Came in through front door. Had not used safety deposit box. Reception did not seem interested. A lot of security cameras around however

Lovely villa Clean, comfortable and well equipped Could build up better as individual barbecue and large pool towels available from Reception En suite and additional bathroom Well aware of location so hired a car for one day to visit supermarket to save walk uphill regularly.

Very good position, quiet area, good facilities, big and heated pool, a very comfortable house for a family of 6. The restaurant is very nice and the staff there is polite and helpful We really enjoy our stay.

Ladies at Reception, didn't tell us about towels or code for gate to pool. Lady with short hair is abrupt in her manner, no smile or chat which is a pity for front of house staff and a stark contrast to all other staff in café, housekeeping and maintenance who are all so chatty and welcoming.

La Terazza staff are wonderful, attentive and kind. Nothing is too much trouble.

The price of the pool bar is too expensive

The apartment was big, clean, and with all the amenities. The outdoor space in the apartment is very convenient, to have alfresco breakfasts or lunches. The location of the pool is perfect, quiet, and sunny all day long

The hours of the pool were still on winter time so we were unable to take advantage due to our schedule.

We loved the location and facilities. They are located just far enough out of the main hustle and bustle but still close enough to get there quickly and easily. The apartments are lovely and comfortable with plenty of space.

During our stay we liked the complex and the excellent facilities. However this has nothing to do with the complex but we were made aware of examples of pickpockets and petty crime in the town. Indeed we saw a woman in distress having had her handbag stolen at 11 o’clock in the morning close to the beach. Unfortunately, crime like this probably exists in many tourist resorts. My comment is not intended to be a criticism of the town but made in order to let visitors know the situation.

Spotlessly clean villa. Excellent facilities. However one air-conditioning unit in the living room and none in the bedroom. It could be warm in the bedroom in the summer months without air conditioning. The new operators of the restaurant are trying hard but it did not seem to be supported by the residents when we were there. Very few people there. Our Villa overlooked the restaurant. Wonderful to have a heated swimming pool and excellent sunbeds. If using a coach transfer to get to and leaving the complex be aware that the coach drops off 150 m from the entrance. There is uncertainty about the pick up location. For us we went to the “arch” and flagged down the coach for pick up. This was because the main road entrance to the town must pass that way and we were confident we would meet our coach transfer by being there. None of the complex staff was sure of exactly where the pick up would be. This is a quiet town and there are many excellent restaurants to choose.

Large villa, in a quiet area, equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. Swimming pool big enough for our needs (pool water heated to 24-25 degrees). Supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy 5-10 minutes walk. In 7 days cleaning was doneonce and towels and bed linen were changed once.

Not able to access restaurant and bar as reading reviews it was promoted as being quite good.

Unfortunately the bar and restaurant were closed during our stay, no reasons given, so can’t rate bar or food service, disappointing 😞

The property’s bar/restaurant was not open, but perhaps this was due to the time of our visit (January).

The property was nice and clean, with the bungalow we were in spacious. Two good sized bedrooms, living room and kitchen and two bathrooms, all in good condition. There was terraced area with an outdoor dining table and sun loungers. If you don’t fancy going to the beach or pool, this is perfect. The pool too is of a good size. Plenty of free car parking outside as well. The location is good, only a short walk to centre of the resort and the beach.

The bed was too soft and lumpy, it was a shame the restaurant was not open. The wifi was restricted to two appliances only. The safe was an extra cost.
