How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The kitchen and its utilities are old, and need renovation. The shower of one bathroom was broken.
The breakfast has many options and is well located. The location is very pleasant and the balcony was great for family moments.

Only one person working at the reception so I had to wait a lot.
Quite big apartments, nice swimming pool, a small but decent gym, very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast!

No wifi details in the room. Suggest that the details are placed in the room. There is a coffee machine but no tea or coffee

It was a bit of a shock to turn up. Most accommodations needed a lock of paint on the outside and the huge old spa building that is used as a backdrop is derelict. It’s a little sad. It felt a bit like the Spanish version of the shining, to begin with. Then I got used it’s enormity, just being there vacant.
Spacious apartment, top notch breakfast! Easy access to the pool and the gym and these facilities were never too busy.

It was very tired and needs some modernising. We had some issues with the air conditioning system leaking and making weird noises. But the staff fixed the leak straight away. I feel that the complex could do with more bars and restaurants close to the apartments, as this is the quieter part of la manga golf
The location was great and the pool was brilliant for families. The apartment was spacious and had every amenity, including a washing machine and a barbecue . Amazing view from the balcony.

The curtain in the showers had mould. It needs to be cleaned better. The flies ruined one afternoon meal in the terrace, I guess is not something about the place but the area in general, but the hotel should think of a solution.
I read the feedbacks, so wasn't expecting a lot, however the place is really nice. We got 2 apartments each with 3 rooms, very spacious each with a bathroom. The living room, and terrace very big, perfect for our big family. 2 swimming pools, which were nice and also had kids swimming pools next to it. The complex is very quiet, and the views from the terrace are amazing.

Our particular apartment was bit shabby and rundown. Although room rate was quite low, so good value for money.
Good value for money. We were only staying for one night so although nothing fancy, it was good as a stopover. It was clean and comfortable. Had a car so easy to get around the resort as it’s a large area.

The bed was very hard
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is on the north side which is quieter than the south side, but has a couple of nice restaurants. However the community pool was empty, with such nice weather in May, a swim would have been nice.

Staff, the way they treat the guests/customers is like they are doing a big favour. Check in took ages. The staff (especially Ivanka) need training on customer service and showing a bit of empathy.
Room were good size. Mattresses need to be more comfortable. Breakfast was THE BEST. Pool was not working which was a very disappointing.

Top floor may be difficult for access for elderly people. As there are no lifts at three Flight stays.
Although it is a quiet time of year, it was a nice peaceful apartment with good facilities slightly dated but good value
