Absolutely loved this hotel! The setting! Decor, vibe! Staff, location it was just amazing

We felt that the hotel was quite a distance from the local town . The hotel parking was.very limited and the overflow car=park was a good walk away. We visited the Mexican restaurant and were disappointed to find that they were taking bookings for groups of people from outside the hotel especially as it was very hard for residents at the hotel to book a table. Furthermore the food was not very hot when it arrived. It would be nice to have a cafe type place to get a coffee and a light snack (sandwich or salad) during the day, we didn’t always want a full meal at lunchtime.

We liked that the hotel was adult only. Our room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with freshly cooked eggs, omelettes etc and a very good buffet selection. We visited the Asian restaurant which was good but it was so busy that the staff struggled to cope and service was a little slow. The buffet restaurant for lunch and dinner service was excellent. The pool area was kept very clean and the policy of not reserving loungers for long periods when you were away was very welcome. Drinks at the bars were reasonably priced too. Staff were all very professional and helpful and are a credit to the hotel.

We had a perfect holiday, the location, the beach and the ocean were all fantastic.

The room, pool and breakfast were all perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we had a fantastic holiday. The Friday and Saturday fiestas with music and dancers are brilliant with a nice cocktail in the bar.

I picked this place because it had lots of extras like the mexican and Asian restaurants and live DJ and activities programme by the pool. It was a shame that these did not start until 21st June after we had gone home. I was disappointed by this. There was also building work happening during our stay which was quite noisy.

The hotel is absolutely stunning. Our room was fantastic and the meals we had were of an exceptional standard too.we loved the hotel and the staff were amazing too. We made use of the free bikes to cycle up the beach front and it was lovely

The bed can be bit firm and stable. Not big issue.

Hotel was amazing..afternoon DJ kept the entertainment going. Breakfast dinning all great. Bike was good addition.

Car parking was a bit of a challenge, but again staff could not have been more helpful.

From the welcome at reception the whole experience was fantastic. Our Spanish is very limited, but everyone went out of their way to accommodate us. The hotel, pools and food were exceptional and the location right on the beach was amazing.

Parking was problematic - we had to park outside the hotel. It's a pity that we didn't have the option to reserve a parking space.

I am very satisfied. Beautiful surroundings, comfortable accommodation, helpful staff. The beach is great - clean sand without a single pebble. Really awesome. Thank you for a nice few days.

We went in the 1st week in July and after hearing about the great nightlife we were dissappointed. Everything closed by 11pm and the whole town was very empty . The hotel is about a 25min walk to the town. I have to add that this is not the hotels problem and enjoyed my stay there.

Buffetdinner and buffetbreakfast ok but had better ones and feels massive. Personnel doesn’t speek any other language than Spanish except 1 at reception. Japanese and Mexican restaurants were already closed for the season and this wasn’t mentioned, so you basically need to go to their dinnerbuffet. Book that in advance which is cheaper. Parking 16 euro.

Wonderful beachview from our room. Great swimmingpools with beachview. Own beachbeds, a nice gym, indoor spa. Parking ok.

Bed was bit uncomforable (personal view as my partner enjoyed it). Bit noisy from ocean at windy days.

Nice hotel just at the ocean front ;) 2 outdoor pools, including Infinity pool and one located inside (SPA section, subject to time limitations). Very helpful staff, although few understood english well. Large and tasty breakfast, however expect it to be spanish style (either sweets or ham/cheese heavy)= almost no vegetables. Room spacious with nice ocean view. Clean and maintained daily.

No internet in the rooms!!! We had to use hotel's lobby to use internet connection. Parking on hotel territory was not for my car, but for other guests, another parking was far from hotel. Staff at hotel doesn't speak English, except reception ans Mexican restaurant.

Good breakfast. Comfortable room, close to the beach. Unbelievable ocean.

No drawers in the bedroom and an open wardrobe ( no doors) No tea or coffee facilities in the bedroom or in the dining room after dinner. Food in dining room was often cold Swimming pool was freezing cold despite the hot weather Not much going on near the hotel and beach bars closed at 5pm

I booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 1 was available then I paid it, then seconds later your system said "no other room available"!! So I didn't like how the property hasn't agreed, yet, to cancel my booking and refund my money!!

Perfumed air fresheners everywhere. Cold food in buffet is inexcusable for all meals. Plastic flowers. Cheap hairdryer impossible to use.
