The air fresheners… in huge amounts on the corridor, in the room there was also a small liquid based electric freshener. Why? They unplugged them at our request and the air was just fine clean and good as I told them the best smell is no smell…

Clean, close to sea with a beautiful view, free room bar with water beer and cola. Excellent rich breakfast, possibility to rent for free for two hours a bike.

No coffee maker/facilities in the room. Smoking is permitted in all outside eating areas (it would be nice if this could be zoned). The toiletries were not good, combined shower/shampoo!

Location of the hotel, right next to a lovely cove beach. The roof top pool and terrace was great in the hot summer. The breakfast was a really good choice and plentiful. Mini bar in room with complimentary drinks.

The breakfast buffet was average and had room for improvement. The in-room dining menu is a set menu with limited options and offers portions that are too large for one person. The ground-floor restaurant also has a limited selection. However, every dish we tried was top-notch and cooked to perfection. No complaints whatsoever on the preparation.

On Aleta is located right next to the beach. Most of the rooms face the ocean and have a balcony to sit out and enjoy the view. The bar on the top floor also offers lounge chairs for sunbathing and has a pool. They also rent paddle boats, beach chairs, cycles, and whatnot at a marginal rate. Covered parking is a bonus, but it is chargeable. The rooms are clean and are maintained well, and the housekeeping staff is quick to clean the rooms every day. The mini fridge has a few free drinks and is restocked throughout the stay.

Unfortunately the bar at the pool (on the 5th floor) wasn't opened, so every time if we wanted to drink something, we had to go down to the ground floor. There was a fragrance machine on every floor which had a very intense, mawkish smell. At breakfast there could have been more vegetables.

The location, the design, the vibe, the staff were all amazing! The bed mattress was superb, the view from our room was breathtaking! We definitely come back next year! 😍

We found our room noisy during the evening, at 23.30 we could hear televisions and voices clearly from other rooms.

Adult only hotels work well for us. The atmosphere was very relaxed throughout the hotel and the views across the bay towards Marina del Este are wonderful. It is within walking distance to Almuñécar. The air conditioning worked well and complimentary drinks were a bonus. We would recommend and return to the hotel.

There was a smell in our room that might have been an attempt at covering up cigarette smells. Once the room had aired out a bit is was much better. The hallway had an intense smell that was too floral and unpleasant.

We liked the distance from the center of town so that we could have a more tranquil and restful stay. The breakfast was quite good. The staff were very kind and helpful. Our room was very comfortable.

The night buffet was no my favorite. It is far from other cities, without car it is impossible to move. Booking.com doesn’t let to cancel the reservation and that is a huge problem. Booking.com make us believe that they try to talk to the hotel but it’s not true. Be careful about that.

Bed, view, breakfast everything great. The place is quiet, piece full, and no much tourists. Clean and nice staff.

The rooftop bar was not open. Also, the tv in the room kept showing connect to the internet page which you could not fill in so every 10 minutes the same screen would pop up.

The location was great & extremely peaceful. The rooftop pool / chairs were lovely. Room was cleaned everyday no matter the time. My favourite part was the smell in the corridors, absolutely divine! Also, the food in the restaurant exceeded our expectations, 10/10, great value for money.
