The mattress was way too soft for what I'm used to. Breakfast options were plenty, but quite unhealthy. Lots of fried stuff, processed sausages, sugary juices, canned fruit. We had a look once at the dinner buffet and we're glad not to have chosen half board as vegetarian options were very limited and most of the food was deep fried. Despite warm temperatures the outdoor pool was due to winter season (beginning of April) still closed. This should have been mentioned when booking.

Very clean place and the staff was super friendly. The outdoor pool looked stunning and there was a very nice indoor pool as well. They had a sauna and steam bath, but it was only on during specific times.

Very good breakfast, location close to the beach. Comfortable pool. Possibility to store luggage and take a shower before leaving to the airport. Also there was possibility to buy a sandwich from breakfast to take out. I recommend stay in this hotel. Bus stop is very close to hotel, take bus A2 to the airport, aprox. 20 mins.

Unfortunately if you leave earlier than breakfast time, you can not take away anything(not even a sandwich). You can go to the restaurant and eat what you find(bread, ham, cheese) and drink coffee,tea,juice on the spot. It is quite uncomfortable.

Very good location, breakfast and dinner is stunning. The staff is polite and helpful (unfortunately rarely speaks english, everyone speaks german instead :)) We hope to come back some time!

Noise from other rooms, i think this hotel have paper walls because i was not able to sleep. every night i hear everything from other rooms. I travel a lot but i never have this problem where i hear everything. Some personal that clean restaurant was rude. Drunk noisy Germans everywhere.

Location near sea but still in relative quiet location. airplane noise isn't problem for me. Relative cheap half board but only in april because in season it cost much more. Food quality isn't perfect but for price you can pick good meals every day. Outside and inside pools. Sunbeds. View is very good if you have superior room. Parking around hotel in street without problem in april. Or you can park 200 meters near gas station where is huge parking place. Personal in reception was nice and helpful.

Great location. Secure cycle garage as bikes are not allowed in your room. Variety of food at meal times. Very clean room. One of the coffee machines gives better coffee - I recommend you find this one.

Facilities were a little bit tired, the jacuzzi inside needed cleaning up, lift was janky.

On the bad side, It's not logical that the hotel has a pool and they don't give you towels to use at the pool. There's no place to put your shampoo and stuff in the shower. For seconds while you are trying to enjoy a hot shower the water from the shower comes out cold which is very annoying. And also after the shower the bathroom is a mess because all the water splashes out. Majorca seems to be little Germany, however I find unacceptable that the hotel does not have one TV channel in English, almost all are in German an two in Spanish. I know the cost of maintenance must be high but the indoor pool should be open always. And the safe didn't work.

It's located near the beach. They gave us a room on an upper floor as I requested which I appreciate!. Staff is friendly enough and I liked the colors off the decoration.
