The only thing I would say is that it’s a small hotel so no entertainment but we didn’t mind that.

The property was very clean, close to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops around. Train station is also very close. We got a complimentary late checkout and were able to use lockers for our luggage before we had to leave for our flight.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, breakfast was divine lots of choice and beautifully fresh! Hotel was well positioned for shops (small supermarket right out front and large supermarket only 10 min walk away) plus lots of souvenir shops and restaurants in easy walk. Beach was easy walk away - no hills but a little bit of a weave to cross road and train line so took around 10 mins. Room was good sized for 3 of us even with one of sofa beds open - and balcony was huge! Was very clean and well appointed with daily maid service. Pool was lovely and although crowded at times we found there were always sun loungers available even with hotel at capacity!

It was really amazing. It was clean the staff was always nice to us. We had a kitchen with everything we needed to cook in it. Very close to the beach. The beach was really pretty, clean and it wasn’t crowded. Had a lot of stores next to it and right under the hotel was a supermarket so it was great.

It was my parents first trip to Spain for their 28th wedding anniversary, they really enjoyed their trip and especially the hotel. Staff was great, the food was good, the rooms were clean and spaceous.

The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from people passing by in the hallway, people talking and laughing in other balconies, music from the restaurant or another hotel to cleaners cleaning the appartments early in the morning above and next door. Very very poor sound proofing. This was actually the only disadvantage of this place because we couldn't get a good nights rest. If you have the possibility it would be best to request for a room on the top floor to minimize the noise.

We were here for the dance festival which was held in the hotel next door. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and the cleaner comes everyday. The hotel restaurant is good, fairly priced, also there is a gift and grocery shop in the same buiding. The appartment was spacious enough for 2 people, I think it would be a bit cramped for 4. The kitchen has all basic equipment, not too much but enough to cook your own food.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Customer service was great. We checked out from the hotel at the last minute on the day they were closing for winter and were struggling to get a taxi to Barcelona airport due to flooding.The staff helped us to get a taxi and waited until we got in the taxi.

Only 2 washing machines was frustrating as had to wait a long time for 1 to be available. Had to pay for parking (€15/day) I didn't appreciate.

Didn't allowed late checkout but expected in high season. Some guests were smoking in the pool area with kids around.
