Very well located and super clean. The view is amazing and nothing was missing in the apartment. The host is very friendly and communicative. Always available to help. We were welcome with fruits and drinks. Best host ever!! The pool is huge and quiet.

The apartment was excellent. Perfect location and spotlessly clean. The host Michael met us at arrival time and showed us up to the apartment. The views are lovely and you can see the sea from the living room, bedroom and the balcony. Everything has been thought about to make it a perfect stay. Beach towels were provided, a packed fridge full of cold beverages. The apartments furniture is very comfortable and with the views it made it hard to go out when you had everything you needed right here. Location is great for walking along the promenades not far from the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. Would I recommend this property - Absolutely Would I stay here again - Absolutely

The only comment we would make is that, because the bed is large (two single beds), it was quite difficult to walk around it during the night.

The apartment is beautifully appointed with quality furnishings and kitchen appliances. Michael met us with the keys on arrival and contacted us several times to check that we had no problems. The change of bedding and towels, together with cleaning, after the first week, was a welcome surprise. On arrival, we had water, wine, soft drinks and beers in the fridge, lots of fresh fruit, and soap, shower gel and detergent available. The whole apartment was immaculate; the apartment block was also very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the short walk to the sea front; although the restaurants and bars were only minutes away, it was very quiet and peaceful, with the view from the balcony delightful.

All was perfect! At the start I couln't belive, that clients give 10 stars, bet when we arrived, all was exactly as others wrote - rooms looked the same as in pictures, all was cleen, fully equipped for living. The view to the ocean was amaizing! Location good and parcking for free. We also give 10 of 10!

I loved my stay at the Ocean View Penthouse. Upon my arrival, Michael welcomed us and handed us the keys. Michael has been in touch with us since before the begin of our stay. He made sure he knew our flight number and our ETA so that he can hand us the keys right away. He showed us around the apartment when we arrived and made sure we are settled. This was very kind of him. He was always reachable as well when we needed him. The location of the apartment was optimal, right next to the Costa Adeje bus station, a 5 minute walk. It was very easy to reach. The apartment itself was amazing. The couch and bed were very comfy. There were enough towels, for the bathroom and for the beach! There was toothpaste and brushes free for us to use. There was even some fruit on the table. The kitchen is well equipped, you can even cook in it if you want. There were free drinks in the fridge for us. Michael is indeed a generous host! The living room and bedroom had TVs in them. Most importantly, the apartment was super clean. The view from the balcony was amazing, day and night. We really enjoyed our time on the balcony early in the morning and late at night. I felt at home at Michael's apartment and wish I could go back there again.

Do not miss this place, its confort and the extreme kindness of its host ! The apartment was spotless, every detail very well thought out, beautiful ocean and La Gomera island view. The building is very safe (gated) and equipped with a nice pool and a fruit/vegetable/groceries shops, and located only a few walking minutes from everything: beaches, restaurants, a major bus station, a mall and a water park.

Booking was so easy , Owner Michael was delightful and so helpful. We landed early and he was so kind in getting the apartment ready early for us. Tha apartment is really lovely , modern , extremely clean and has everything you need. We will try and return in November if our plans work out.
