These seem a bit petty but made a difference. The hairdryer is on the wall in the bathroom and not good for styling hair. I wished I had taken my own, especially as the bathroom lacked air and was stifling after a shower. It was even hotter after using the hair drier. The vanity kit once used, was not replaced. The coffee and milk were not replaced after our first night. We had 5 small bottles of provided complimentary during our 4 night stay but had to buy the rest. There were no water dispensers other than in the reception area. It was hot and a small bottle was €2.50. The sunbeds around the pool were inches away from each other and shaded during the morning but no shade in the afternoon. The hotel info suggests that food and drink could be ordered by the pool using the QR code but the app either didnt work or the facility isnt available. The seating outside in the break out areas at the rear of the hotel is very uncomfortable. Not somewhere to comfortably read a book for any length of time. These little things stopped me scoring higher.

The hotel and the rooms are lovely. The beds are comfy, the pillows and linen are quality. The aircom is quiet and the room was spacious. A fridge and small sink in the room with tea and coffee provided. The tv and has plenty of channels. The shower room is modern with a low and high level shower. A bottle of hair/body gel and conditioner in the shower and double basins with hand gel and body lotion. There are tooth brushes, mouthwash and vanity kit also provided. The balcony has a small table and 2 chairs. The hotel is in a great spot. 10 mins from everything you would need. There small gym is adequately kitted out and the pool bar has a good choice of food, drink, ice-creams. There are plenty of sunbeds and chairs around the 2 pools. One is a childs pool, both are a decent size. There are break out areas inside and outside the hotel to sit. The breakfast is Outstanding! Don't miss the omelette bar outside though. I did the first 2 mornings.

Service is very bad I request slippers they brought them after 2 hours I left a paper on the door to do the cleaning called them 3 times and talked to the maids and no one came till I went down to the reception

Street noise at night was noticeable, especially with the highway behind and a busy road in front. I also heard loud voices in the corridor late at night, but staff handled it quickly after I flagged it.

Great stay overall. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to Puerto Banús with minimarkets, a pharmacy, hair salons, and plenty of food and drink spots right across the street. The hotel has a big, clean lobby with art displays, a nice pool area with food and drink service, and a strong breakfast offering, including halal options which was a thoughtful touch. Check-in was fast and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a balcony, a good bed, and even a sofa bed.

Initially, we were given a room facing the back of the hotel, which wasn’t ideal. However, the staff were very helpful and quickly arranged a room with a pool and restaurant view, which we appreciated. The hotel has two pools with separate areas, but the larger pool was mostly taken over by children splashing, jumping, and making noise – as kids naturally do. It was a bit misleading, as we assumed from the description of two pools that one would be quieter, but most of the children seemed to gather in the bigger pool.

The pool area. Just too small for the size of the hotel.

We loved absolutely everything about this property part from the pool area. For the size of the hotel and how gorgeous it is, the pool area was a real let down. Very small, not enough beds! Great poolside bar though with good food.
