The location of this hotel was excellent for getting to the rest of the city. The staff could not accommodate an early check in, but they helped us with our luggage and brought it all up by the time we came to check in. The room was beautiful, very clean, and incredibly comfortable.

The parking area is understandably small due to the location so make sure to reserve ahead of time. They do try and work with you though.

The breakfast was excellent! The food was cooked to order and the setting was lovely. Bergoña was so friendly and kind - she even gave me a recipe for the delicious cake they serve at breakfast. The selection was varied and the food fresh. The staff at the desk was also helpful and informative and went out of their way to make suggestions. Berta and Lorea helped us figure out bus schedules, parking issues, and restaurants. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and its amazing staff!

Very dated decor, felt like it needed to be updated. Room, breakfast area, terrace all felt a bit 70s. Air con was locked so you couldn’t change the temp. Very old fashioned bathroom, didn’t feel very “luxury” considering the price - for example the toilet paper was dispensed from a holder one sheet at a time like you’d get in a public toilet. No coffee or tea facilities in the room, only jugs in the reception with lukewarm coffee and paper cups. If those small things were changed it would make a massive difference. This place has huge potential which isn’t being capitalised on in my opinion which is a shame! We would stay here again though, it wasn’t an unpleasant experience overall but we felt like it could be better .

Great location, amazing building, good sized room, comfy large bed, very clean, easy access to restaurants and bars which were immediately outside the hotel. Great view from the hotel room window. Friendly staff. Good breakfast although there weren’t any extra napkins and plates/bowls etc were a bit scarce. Late check out was appreciated

Great location. We had a great room with views across to france. There is an airport visible, but it not busy. We could drive up to the hotel, and parked (you need to reserve a slot).

Location was great, central to everything and easy to arrive by car and walk to reception. Room was excellent, on the first floor and with a balcony that went to the corner of the building, overlooking the town, river, mountains and courtyard below. Room was spacious, air conditioned and very clean.

Lovely location up from main waterfront roadway. Easy walk to what we wanted to see and enjoy. Good breakfast. Staff friendly and professional. We had parking at the hotel - thank goodness! Really liked the surrounding area. Lovely stay.

The access to the last floor rooms is quite difficult especially if you carry large and heavy suitcases.

The location within the old town is great. Very good breakfast and kind staff.

Nothing really. Bathroom was a little dated and steps and lack of a lift could be an issue for some.

There isn’t 24hr check in so keep that in mind with your travel plans- just plan accordingly. My flight got in late, so it was a mad dash to try to arrive before they closed check in.

Property is in a great location- there are restaurants nearby. I also like that they provide good quality toiletries.
