We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We did not stay at the hotel but in some nearby apartments. This was not clear during the booking process. WiFi was not working in the apartment.

Very very clean and friendly hotel. Lovely location right in the center of Burgos. Characterful building and rooms. Large comfortable bathroom, very clean. Balcony and large windows. Friendly staff. Quiet if windows are closed (soundproofing).

PortugalThe pillows could be more comfortable, and the rooms could use better soundproofing. They do have a partnership with a nearby parking facility, but the discount offered is quite small — so parking still ends up being relatively expensive.
I loved the location and the decoration. The staff were super nice, and the room was very spacious.

United KingdomCharacterful hotel with large lobby and very friendly / helpful reception staff. Location in the centre of town just next to restaurants and tapas bars and a short walk to the cathedral and nice riverfront area. The hotel is in a pedestrianised zone so if travelling by car you have two options: 1. pull up to a bollard and request access via intercom to the precinct for dropping off luggage before driving to the nearby public parking, 2. park in the public parking first and just carry luggage to the hotel (5 minutes walk). In both cases the hotel give you a parking discount ticket for when you pay on exit. Option 1 worked for us, by chance the bollard was already down when we arrived!
