The very first day I checked in the room there was pool of water in the bathroom. Although I asked to fix it, ( and they sent somebody for maintanance, I left the hotel again with the water on the floor. Very disapointing and not acceptable from the hotel like Nobu

All staff were really friendly, genuine, and willing to help and make the experience pleasant and memorable. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean, and the hotel territory is green and well-kept. There are pleanty of restaurants and entertainment options available to the guests. However, it may get very noisy at night, which was our case. But the hotel staff addressed our the issue professionally and in a caring manner, offering a quiter room. I would recommend that couples/families looking for a quiet and relaxing time make it clear to the hotel before arriving. Those seeking for fun, will find no shortage of it.

Quite an expensive hotel, but apart from that not many complaints. The staff were great but they did walk into our room a few times without properly knocking to check on a few things, water the plants and also when we were checking out. One issue was on the last morning there was no electricity 1am-7am (although they did warn us about this), fortunately we went in May where Marbella wasn't as hot as June or July so it wasn't too bad for us. But imagine it might have been unbearable if it was a few degrees warmer.

Great hotel right at the heart of Puento Romano. Walking distance from many great restaurants and bars. Very clean modern room and the support staff were fantastic. We would get housekeeping twice a day. Access to a great gym and a really fantastic tennis club, if you play tennis would highly recommend. As soon as you check-in, you get a digital concierge (on whatsapp) who helps by giving recommendations, helps make reservations at various restaurants. The hotel also gives you access to a car from 6-10pm to take you around but we didn't really leave the Puento Romano area much except to go the golden mile which was also walking distance. You can basically spend your whole trip around this area.
