The room is quite outdated, in more ways than one. Small, low ceiling. We had no view (the window was looking to the inner court, i.e. other rooms of the hotel, 4m away). Too few electricity sockets, and inconveniently placed. For our purpose it was fine (just one night), but I would not enjoy staying longer.

The girls at reception were great, the location was great and quiet, the room was clean, the breakfast was generous.

It was a little bit cold although we turned on all the radiators

Great location, walking distance to the slopes. Good breakfast, nice staff. A room was big and beds comfortable, there was a bathtub with nice hot water.

Lively urbanización, tranquil rooms, stunning scenery. The canyon with the deep blue pools of cold water and naked swimmers was an amazing find. I will not tell you where it is. Seek it out!

Some mattress were covered with plastic and then noisy at night. The dinner didn't cover our expectations, although was not expensive. The breakfast was a bit better.

Hotel really must try and do better with smokers in the room, especially smoking weed. Idea: Require an XXX euro deposit that will bereturned once the hotel verifies no one has smoked. At check in we had to change room because of a previous smoker. In the evenings, our hall ranked of weed because of smokers in their rooms. Not cool at all.

Location and value for money. Easy to get to the slopes. Breakfast adequate. Lots of heating and hot water.

The last 2 times we stayed there we paid less and had lovely big rooms, but we returned again, because we liked the hotel, and the room was small, the floor was broken, covered by a rug, and we had to close the curtains because people could see in the rooms.

We like the place, it's the 3rd time back at the hotel, but this time, the room was small and not what was advertised as a double room. The place is very clean though.

Reception staff bordered on surly, first proposing a very unacceptable room with only a tiny window, despite our request for a view, only changing it when we insisted. Twin beds despite our request for a double.

The room was very quiet, despite many families with children. The room we ended up in had a pleasant view of the mountains. The Restaurant staff were very cheery and went out of their way. The food was good, too.

The hotel looks and feels old, the room is ugly and the beds are just ok. 102 euros a night off ski season feels expensive considering the overall comfort and quality.

The breakfast buffet is ok, the shower is great with lots of water pressure and immediate hot water, facilities are ample, friendly atmosphere

The bedroom just wasn't big enough and the bathroom was very small, I've never stayed in a hotel with such a small bathroom. The standard of the food provided for the evening meal was dreadful, and for a three star hotel I expected better - the soup I ordered as a starter was cold, the main course I ordered was cold and the presentation / quality of the food was not where it needed to be.

Good Location, breakfast was adequate and the price for an overnight stay was reasonable.

the price was extremely expensive, you would think that for that price you would have a quiet night, but instead there was a party until 7 in the morning, and noise from the corridors all night long. Also the electricity and water stopped working during the night. its shameful
