Nice beds nice location

Some bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom may be locked based on the number of people you choose, which is strange. Also, the property collects tourist fees and a deposit outside of booking.com's system and that feels a little shady. The furniture is basic and the cleanlinesses could be improved. The bathrooms doesn't have drainage outside the bathing area, which is always a big issue. Please mind that none of the 5 rooms has AC, if you're coming in the summer you probably should avoid the place. You need data connection to enter the building.

The location is convenient, not that far away from the beach, there're restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets in 5 mins walk. The big free parking near the train lines is also at 5 mins walk. The apartment is big, has a nice veranda and fully equipped kitchen.

It could have been cleaner, including the floors and cupboards in the kitchen and bathroom; kitchen utensils and cooking equipment were in a state of disrepair/overuse, and the gas stove setup was not reliable; the shower in the main bathroom lacked a sealed water barrier (allowing water to spray all over the floor)

We were surprised by unexpected additional costs, such as the tourist tax and deposit, which weren't disclosed before booking and payment. It would have been more transparent to have these fees stated upfront. Additionally, the apartment seemed well-used and could benefit from better cleaning…

The property was spacious, featuring two bathrooms and a lovely balcony. The proximity to the beach was a huge bonus, making it a great location for a beach vacation.

Complicated check-in and a 50€ security deposit in case of property destruction. I felt like I was in a game of Fort Boyard when unlocking the rooms. There is no air conditioning, just fans. The bathroom with a shower is small, the one with a bathtub on the other hand doesn't have a shower screen all the way to the bathtub so there is water all over the bathroom. You can use the kitchen, but if you don't clean it up and take out the garbage, you will be charged. That's a practice you're used to on Airbnb, not Booking.

We bought our accommodation at the last minute because we were robbed on the highway a short distance from here on Repsol, and we neede to be near the Police station. The host responded and sent everything we needed to check in.

They could be more flexible with check in or at the least the option to drop off the luggage. My luggage was so heavy and I had to wait until 4pm.

TV not working, about this seems to be a general experience most of the places we stay. Instructions for how to make the TV work would be handy. Getting into the place initially was complicated this would have been a real problem late at night or for someone without a good phone signal, but once in then there were no problems

Nice clean spacious apartment, immaculately clean. Wanted to in beds but there was only a double, luckily the sofa was comfortable. TV didn't work, but this seems to be a common feature of most of the places we stay in. Easy parking immediately outside on the street which was quiet and it felt like a safe neighborhood. Lidl's lesson five minutes walk away which is very handy, excellent beach only two blocks away. Getting into the place initially it was quite difficult and involved phone calls. Once we were in then there were no problems. Very good value at this price.

The local tax should be applied through the booking process not later. As family of four may face charge of 42 euro for a week. Throwing the garbage at the end of the stay in the bin 200m away from the property, should not be the duty of the guest. No WIFI.

No air con . Ventilation is not enough for the heat that is outside . Keeping windows open at night is not an option due to noise from outside and mosquitoes. The hair drier is not working . The floors were not clean upon my arrival. I swiped floor and it was with dust and dark curly hair . Also the cooker in kitchen is dangerous - it’s operated by bottled gas and something is wrong- smell was too strong and flame was burning very dangerous. Have contacted the management company and Booking too.

Location of property is amazing ! So close to beach and the balcony was spacious , living room cosy. Plenty of space
