We went to Malaga for 4 days and our stay was fantastic. The room was clean, they had a great blow dryer, slippers, bathroom for your use. They stopped at our room daily in the afternoon gave us bottled water and a treat. On another day we were given fresh smoothie drinks. Ar the desk Rafa made our stay so pleasant giving us important information about the town where we can go etc. He was very helpful and welcoming.

Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were excellent. We were a group of 14, one of our bookings was for the wrong night, and even though the hotel was fully booked, they pulled out the stops and got us a room.

The main reason we booked this room was because the listing showed a balcony. In reality, there was no balcony at all, and what was posted on the site was completely different from the actual room. This was very disappointing and misleading.

Guest Parking with money is mot good.

Good proximity to old town center but yet not inside it, which means you don't have to drive through those narrow and messy streets. The parking was spacious and fit most SUVs and larger cars. We finally have a hotel with real sensible temperature control A/C (most are either non-responsive or too cold). Room size was great as well!

Balcony was very small on the hotel but didn’t expect to use it much anyway.

Fabulous location, on the edge of the old town and about 20 minutes walk from the marina and beach so perfect for what we wanted.

Great hotel, looks brand new. Room spacious and very comfortable. Staff very nice. Great pool and deck, pool bar staff amazing. Excellent location, a stone’s throw from the bars, restaurants and walking areas, without the noise.

Desk staff were very welcoming and the hotel is very conveniently situated. Lovely breakfasts and tapas bar. Had lunch in the bar before leaving and Jorge was very pleasant and helpful. Very much appreciated the bottles of water delivered each day and fruit and gifts delivered to the room. Many thanks. Will definitely stay again next time in Malaga.

More sunbeds are needed instead of just chairs at the roof top pool.

Fantastic location, great check-in - thank you Rafa on reception for the smooth check-in and room change. Juan Carlos on Concierge was always super friendly and very helpful. Noted a lot of airline staff checking in so it seems to be their hotel of chose as well :). Bonus to have a roof top pool with a snack bar.

It took us a while to work out that you had to hang towels up to get fresh ones

Hotel is in a great location - an easy walk into Malaga old town. The pool area was a really good vibe. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety. Especially liked the kiwi and pineapple juice.

It was my second time to stay there and I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like .

It was spotless clean. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were sound proof which I loved because I wake very easily. Staff were lovely. Was in walking distance from the centre of town and the port.

Fantastic hotel in great location. Only a few minutes from the Centro Alameda train station and then just as close to all the amazing places in the city. Every member of staff we encountered couldn't do enough for us, from reception to the bar and restaurant, everyone there made our stay amazing!

Great hotel, great location, great staff. Breakfast was a literal buffet banquet! Room was a lovely size, very clean & well presented. It's a very short walk to all the main parts of Malaga, yet also far enough out to get a quiet nights sleep. I'd certainly stay again.
