My only slight recommendation would be to update the pillows because they’re quite flat.

It is so quiet and peaceful at these apartments. There’s no fighting over sun loungers (when we were there anyway). The air conditioning is great. Staff are friendly. It’s in such a good location, away from the noise but lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

WiFi was poor. We had 2 ground floor apartments, one of which looked like it had been recently renovated, the other had paint flaking from the walls. Only one of the rooms had an aircon, which wasn't a problem as it wasn't hot during our stay, but I had been expecting air-con from the photos.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location, everything you need is very close. Nice sea view. Quiet. Pool area was never crowded. No kids. Excellent value for money regardless of the minor issues below.

When we arrived Maria was at reception and she was amazing; very helpful, kind and patient. She always spoke with us for the rest of our holiday when she saw us. We had room 220 which had wonderful views over Playa del Jablillo and the rest of the coast/sea. The room is a little tired but well equipped. It was kept extremely clean and the facilities were very good. Our terrace was spacious and had perfect shelter from the windy weather we experienced when we were there. If possible, some shading for the afternoon and a sunbed or two would have been most welcome on the terrace.

The woodwork was in desperate need of attention - the paint was cracked and flaking. There were no sockets in the bedroom meaning that there was no bedside light (I like to read in bed) or the opportunity to recharge my phone. A second bedside table would also be good. Poor quality toilet paper but I think it's all the same in Lanzarote.

The proximity of the beach, shops and restaurants. Even the bus stop wasn't too far, maybe a 10 minute stroll. The apartment was very clean; the towels were good quality, as was the bedding. The staff, Ruth, and especially Maria were friendly, helpful and supportive (my partner was in the hospital) and tried to make my stay as easy as possible. It was as expected for the cost.

Due to the floods no bar for drinks, would of liked a coffee or cold drink around pool, but shop next door and allowed to take to the pool so was fine.

Loved the location, sea views, very peaceful, large apartment, comfy beds, easy access to few beaches, supermarket next door, 10 min walk to thr marina with lots of shops and amazing places to eat. We loved our stay and staff went above and beyond for us. Can't wait to go back. If it wasn't fully booked we'd be back for Xmas. Recommend floor 3 sea view, amazing views and breeze/full sun on balcony
