The staff and service during our stay were exceptional. The room was cleaned daily. The facilities were really good, we were able to cook dinner and enjoy it overlooking the street. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was clean and modern. The location was right in the middle of the old town, with everything walking distance. The beach was also easy to get to with the bus only a 2 minute walk away. The staff even greeted us on our anniversary with a bottle of wine and a lovely message. Overall was an amazing stay and would definitely recommend booking here. We would love to return.

The gym and spa are so dated. We booked it for this and it was really disappointing.

Up until the morning I would have given this 10/10 but My only complaint was that the rooms walls must be thin as I was woken up by my Neigbour moving around and blow drying their hair. So I had to take a point off for that .

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were great , communication was excellent it was very efficient, I was very impressed ! Decor was great too and the spa was a great touch !

The lights in the room were all beautiful. However, they aren’t very bright which made doing makeup and getting ready a little frustrating and there’s no iron in the room but other then that this was such an incredible stay !!

It was very clean and had a fantastic location. The room was very spacious and even had a kitchen within it which was a lovely touch. I stayed for a birthday and they even left a card, balloons and chocolate out to welcome the birthday boy as well as a complimentary drink which made his day. The staff were absolutely amazing, fantastic and kind and so so helpful.

Opening door by application didn't work. Finally they gave us card for the door opening. It is very bad idea to open door with application - the card or code are much better. The breakfast was not in nice environment and the food was very restricted.

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. It was just perfect. The hotel felt more like a home.

The location is perfectly located near major sightseeing attractions, restaurants and public transit. The hotel amenities, staff, cleanliness were far above my expectations. I would highly recommend this place and definitely would return.

The balcony isn’t a balcony, it’s just a railing outside the French doors and the pool is not a swimming pool, it’s one of those small jet/spa pools. I would suggest that they don’t advertise the suites as having balconies as they are fab anyway, and make it clear the pool is a small spa pool. But overall it is a fabulous place in the heart of the city

There are little things that prevent me from giving a perfect score: for example, the shape of the bathroom sinks and the model of the taps was such that the water splashes uncontrollably, which led to my wife spraying pants / skirts with water on multiple occasions, to the point where she just started washing her hands at the kitchen sink instead. Also, even though we were in a penthouse suite that some stairs were leading to, we could hear any and all conversations at the fourth floor. As I already said, these are things of seemingly little significance but make the "9" score more appropriate than a "10".

It's a great hotel: very clean and seemingly quite new. It's located in the heart of Valencia's historical center: 10 minutes or less away from the Cathedral, Torres de Serranos, the Silk Exchange and multiple fabulous locations to eat. The ladies working at the reception are very welcoming and very professional. The restaurant, Rincón del Mercado, was really great as well, we had breakfasts and one dinner there. Definitely try the torrija!!!

I would say is the spa was good with the hydro pool and the ice bath , only thing is the steam room wasn’t hot and they’re was no sauna .
