The apartment kitchen was a bit basic. A kettle would be useful. There is no air-conditioning; there are ceiling fans instead. This did not bother us, but may be an issue for some.

Great base for activities in the area; we walked one of their marked up running trails. We had an apartment, 305, and had amazing views of the location and sunset. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was good, not fancy, but just what we wanted after a long, active day. Breakfast was good too. Gluten free well catered for. There is a laundry on site.

Amazing location and the bungalow had everything we needed for a family of 4 with a dog. Comfortable beds, good big towels. Parking right outside your bungalow. Amazing views and great location. We had the best time. The induction hob was a bit slow so it took a while to boil water. The address on Booking takes you to the hotel which is not the place. You need to go to the camping further down the main road.

Beautiful views, spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff. Lots for kids to do but still a nice place for adults too. Spa is reserved so it's not overcrowded and feels exclusive.

The apartment was very well equipped, very nice and very clean. I liked everything. It was a very comfortable stay. Very nice beds and very quiet apartment. It was excellent. We did not use all the facilities but it had many.

Bungalows are a little dated, could do with a facelift, but overall good value for money for the location in La Cerdanya

The location of the resort is certainly unbeatable. The inner pool and the spa premises are also very nice. Even the gym, if small, is equipped with everything.

the dinner was unfortunately not as good as we would have liked it to be for the price. the dishes were partly really small and we’d get served different things then what we ordered from the menu sometimes.

From the website I had the impression there would be food options at the resort, but when we came at 21.30 in December. everything was dark and there was no restaurant/ bar. We drove into Bellver (6km) and bought take-away pizzas and that was fine.

The apartment was really comfortable and friendly and had everything we needed. Good beds and a nice shower and windows with views in different directions. Helpful personnel.

The food in the hotel is not super good and it´s overpriced. This did not interfere a lot because we cooked at the bungalow and went out to eat in other places.

The bungalows are a bit old but they have everything that we needed and expected. The fact that they are pet friendly is a must. It's a bit confusing when you arrive to find the SPA / indoor pool area because it´s far from the bungalows, but as soon as you know, it´s easy but you have to drive. They have an amazing dog park. It was perfect. The Spa is really good for only 14€ per person 1,5h. We enjoyed a lot. The paddle court is not in very good shape, still we enjoyed playing with an amazing view.

Restaurant wasn’t open on the evening of arrival (although there was pre-prepared food that could be purchased and warmed up in the apartment). Swimming pool didn’t open until 11am. Very squeaky bed!

The pool was rather cold and the other one was closed for renovations. You had to pay for a spa that had many of its ammenities not available and only one hot tub. You also had to pay extra for a clean towel. The restaurant was also closed without any prior warning. The room heater was not working well, soundproofing was really bad, and the walls are painted in vibrant colors, so not so cozy for a mountain place.

The location is really good, with nice views and not so far from many trailheads.

The hotel was expensive for what it offered. The pool was crowded and felt dirty. You had to reserve use of jacuzzi and it was fully booked.

The location is pretty with nice views and hiking nearby. It is great that you can bring your dog.

Maintenance has to be urgently started (room, spa, pool, paddle court, etc. Staff attitude very questionable, little customer orientation (not everything can be sufficiently checked via the web page), from time to time greeting and a smile would help, no manager oder other leadership person visible....

The view is wonderful and the location in general is nice
