Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyA true gem in the heart of Sollér! This beautiful, quite newly opened boutique hotel impressed us from the very first moment. Lovingly and tastefully designed, it radiates a special warmth – perfect for anyone looking for something unique. The location is unbeatable: just a one-minute walk from the cathedral, quietly tucked away in a charming side street that branches off from a picturesque alley full of lovely little shops. The hosts are simply wonderful – attentive, warm, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel welcome. You feel at home right away. Breakfast is freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. And then there’s the in-house restaurant... what can I say? It’s an absolute must! The food is truly exceptional – creative, full of flavor, and hands down one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. A place you’ll definitely want to return to – highly, highly recommended! We will definitely be back very soon;)

An absolutely beautiful hotel in a peaceful location a few minutes walk from the main square in Soller. Tastefully decorated , every small detail carefully thought out and with a lovely ambience. Beautifully prepared, delicious food both at breakfast and in the restaurant in the evening. I can honestly say that of all the places that I've stayed in throughout the world , I have never been welcomed and cared for like I was by Pascal, Eniko and Mariem, I felt sad leaving them.

United KingdomCentrally located, about 60 seconds away from the main square and yet tucked down a little alleyway where ALL the beautiful shops are. Its a cross between an upmarket hotel and a guesthouse and its exceptional. The breakfast is just wonderful: no buffet or choice but each morning they bring out a platter of breads, and then a "main" which could be huge bowls of yoghurt and granola or buffala mozzarella and hams and fruits and smoothies and the most delicious coffee. We loved it.

GermanyGreat location, very close to the centre of Soller. Moonten is a family owned business, where you feel very well taken care of, the owners are very kind and attentive with their guests and the breakfast they serve each morning is exceptional (each day, they prepare something fresh and different, with local products). The rooms are very clean and beautiful, the bed was also very comfortable.

United KingdomPascal and Eniko were perfect hosts - nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was different every day and was fresh and beautifully served. We would not hesitate to stay here again, in fact hope to return later this year. This is a hidden gem of a hotel. The newly opened restaurant where we were able to eat seasonal fresh local produce outside in the courtyard was a bonus.

United KingdomNothing, it’s amazing.
Everything was wonderful. The owners, and indeed all the staff, are so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. It’s stylish, exceptionally clean and the food is wonderful. If you get chance to eat there in the evening, in their newly-opened restaurant, you’ll have an unforgettable meal from their very talented chef, Narcis. We’ll be going back as soon as we can.

JapanThat’s a difficult one, especially in Sóller… Dedicated parking space.
We had a wonderful stay at MOONTEN! The hotel is professionally designed and tastefully decorated, with great attention to detail. Pascal and Eniko are amazing hosts—warm, caring, and always available to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. The location is ideal, right in the center of Sóller, but still feels like a hidden gem. We also highly recommend trying their restaurant and bar, “El Patio”—absolutely delicious! Thank you Pascal and Eniko for creating such a special place. We would love to come back and can only recommend it to anyone visiting Sóller!

I really liked the design aesthetic of this place. Only 5 rooms. A beautiful/tasty breakfast (changed daily). Added plus of great water pressure, free Nespresso coffee in the room, gratis bottles of drinking water too, plus fridge and electrical sockets and lights on both sides of the bed, crisp white linens, great shower/shower products and plenty of towels. Easily operated AC, and strong hairdryer (who new these were going to be important/differentiating features of this trip!). On a quiet lane.
