The bathroom was dirty. There was grime on the tiles and hair on the toilet seat and floor. The shower was very small and uncomfortable. We could hear the shower from the other rooms, people talking and slamming doors.

It has no AC which push you to leave the windows wide open during summer. This allows mosquitoes to pour in. We killed more than 5 the first night. They have a real issue with mosquitoes because you can see there are blood stains on the ceiling and walls.

Outstanding location. You can walk to downtown Bilbao, there are some restaurants and Tavernas in the vicinity.

The room was tiny, we were two persons and it was okay,but I can not imagine to be four. The bath is super small,the shower hanger was broken.

The location is good,the shared kitchen is ok. Clean sheets and towels are always a touch of luxury on the Camino .

last. minute change of plan meant there wasn’t much choice in our price range . the hostel is clean , only a short walk from the Guggenheim and we could park near by . it did the job at a reasonable price ,

Noisy communal areas all night

However, there were some aspects that could be improved. The cleanliness of the kitchen left much to be desired, with old cloths and unclean surfaces. Despite the signage encouraging guests to wash their dishes, many neglected to do so, resulting in a cluttered and unhygienic environment. Furthermore, the absence of essentials such as tea towels and cups for hot drinks detracted from the overall experience. Addressing these cleanliness and amenity issues in the communal areas would greatly enhance the guest experience and ensure a more pleasant stay in the futur

Overall, my stay at the property was satisfactory. One of the highlights was the excellent shower in the room. Additionally, the presence of a communal kitchen and dining area was convenient.

Lack of privacy, as beds were basic bunk beds rather than the 'capsule' arrangement usually found in modern hostels. Six beds crammed into a small room. The street where the hostel is situated seems very seedy and run down. No catering facilities (although a basic kitchen was available near reception).

Quite close to a Metro station. Plenty of bars, restaurants etc. in the vicinity. No shortage of towels, soap and shampoo. Toilet and shower directly accessed from the room. Lift to all levels.

homeless people easily get into the hostel at night, sleep in the kitchen. also trying to enter rooms with cards (perhaps lost by someone). this is not a safe place. there is no staff at night, if your key is broken - you have a big problem.

Very cold in the room, especially in night, it was small room, bed and matress not very good, every turn is loud, shower extremely small and water was everywhere, very small cabins for so many people

The hostel was very hard to find. The rooms were too small for four beds. The beds were also small. It would have fitted a shirt person. Also the noise outside the window was loud until past 2am.

The girl at the desk was very helpful. She helped me get a room when the others were full .

The wi-fi did not work well in the room, it rarely connected and when it did it was slow and unreliable. The bathroom was slightly dirty when I checked in with hairs on the floor and in the shower. No air conditioning so the room got very hot and humid when it was warm outside.

The location was great for my needs and the bed was comfortable. Relatively quiet and was able to sleep well. Bathroom and shower were fine.

It’s overwhelmed, in a room where 4 total beds should be there, 6 are put in. Additionally, there are people living permanently in there.

It’s close to a very active area of night life and somewhat good connected.

It was a problem to get a locker, I stayed during summer and they have no a/c or fan, so it was impossible to sleep because of the heat.

Awfully cramped in the room, it was hard to even turn around. Room also very hot even though common spaces with acceptable temperature. Just one blunt knife in the common kitchen. The sharp one nedded to be borrowed from reception (limited hours). No stove, very unconformable to wash up.

Extremely nice staff! Good water pressure and drains. Passable shower size. Good wifi, lockers provided, own ac socket. Kettle, microvawe, fridge, freezer.

Thin pillows, noisy bars nearby for half a night, Relax room switched to another accommodation. Pricey

The staff is friendly and the rooms are good. They also have separated cupboards, towels and shower gels. Street parking nearby is free at night
