FinlandWifi was very poor. Arriving by car was not easy. The short-term parks were occupied, so I drove to the P sign although I wasnt sure if it was this hotels as it wasnt signed properly. I rang the bell and explained that I havent booked in yet. The staff gave me a parking space number. The door did not open. I waited and then rang the bell again. The same person answered and just sais the number again in an annoyed voice and cut the line. The door still did not open. I waited some more, and someone drove out and the door finally opened. Three times my room card key stopped working after I returned in the evening. Each time I took the lift back to the reception, and the staff did something to the card, gave it back and just nodded. They never gave a reason why it stopped working. Once I asked and they just said "I dont know". In another hotel I could watch youtube from the TV - that would be great. The TV here is old and kinda small.
The hotel was clean and nice. Staff was mostly friendly and present.

United KingdomWe were not reminded about free wifi and were not instructed clearly about how to reach the hotel from the parking garage (maybe due to language, English) The pool area is very hot, the lighting was poor and the pump is extremely noisy. The table clearing at breakfast was canteen-like + quite noisy (trolly with cutlery thrown into bucket)
The rooms are quiet, the beds are super comfy and the buffet breakfast was excellent.

Comfy climate control, cleanliness, friendly staff. We travelled with children, we booked a room with one extra sofa-bed where children were sleeping. Both rooms has a TV, all was perfectly clean and all was functioning well. Breakfast was also good.
