Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

RussiaBreakfast is average, not so much to select if you stay more than a week, queues for coffee. Cleaning was not good enough, suppose that balcony was never cleaned during the stay. There were problems with air conditioning that were eventually solved. Furnishings in the hotel are a bit outdated.
Great location, several steps from the beach. I recommend to leave the gate to the beach open in the morning as we had to bypass. Friendly and supporting staff.

GermanyThe breakfast coffee/juice line moved very slowly. Coming up from the beach with a stroller meant carrying it up stairs—there’s no ramp or lift near that entrance, so the only easy access is via reception. Housekeeping was a bit light and we had to request extra towels for our toddler.
Fresh fruit, crisp pastries, made-to-order eggs and tasty churros made breakfast a highlight. Our modern, recently refurbished room faced the sea and stayed cool enough to sleep without air-conditioning. Being straight across from the beach meant we could go from sand to shower in minutes.

FranceThe reason the hotel has a 4 star rating is because of its location right on the seafront. For a 4 star hotel there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The dining room is very noisy and needs noise suppression as it sounds like a military barracks, there are'nt even paper tablecloths which spoil the ambience of the meal. The selection of meals are good but the chefs are not 4 star. For breakfast fried eggs are cooked en masse and left to go tepid and unappetizing the evening meal for example, the Spanish national dish Paella was either burnt, tepid or 'al dente'. Likewise the rice pudding dessert was 'al dente' and undercooked. The dessert selection was poor and tasteless. Sorry but we've been in 2 star hotels with better quality food cooked and presented. The hotel is part of a large group and with their buying power could present a much higher standard, very disappointing for a 4 star hotel. In short the management and head chef need to be more 'focused'. Throughout the reception area there was no discreet background music which left it feeling rather unwelcoming.
There are 8 parking bays @ €15 per day, with 2 of them reserved for handicapped persons. However on street parking near the hotel is free. There are a wide variety of restaurants close by if you are on B&B. Across the road from the hotel is the local family run 'Sports Bar' who are very welcoming with low prices and excellent service.

United KingdomStaff weren't as friendly or helpful. Received misleading information that transport didn't operate on Sunday which in fact it did but at a reduced capacity. We took the advice in good faith and booked a taxi back to Girona which cost us 150 when we could of taken the bus for 14

United KingdomPay attention to special requests where possible, access beach to pool like the other hotels on the boulevard (I know it requires some security but the others manage). There's good salads etc for vegetarians, but more protein like soya for the stir fry and beans/lentils each day would be even better. Buffets always forget we need protein too.
A great location, nice pool, although it would have been much more convenient if you could access it straight from the beachside/boulevard like you can at the nearby Victoria Prestige to save having to go all the way round to the other side of the hotel, through the lobby and then bar and terrace. Good selection for all-you can eat buffet. The restaurant is kind of loud, but this often seems to be the case with terrible acoustics in these massive dining halls/all-inclusive restaurants. Nice front terrace and bar (pity the opening hours are limited). Nice view, clean room, good location. We had asked for a higher floor and didn't get it; not because it wasn't necessarily available, but because, quote receptionist 'oh, you messaged via Booking' so clearly they don't read or act on messages via this platform, only direct emails etc. Perhaps the platform ones are only covered by a bot/automated as no replies were personal in hindsight. It was nice and quiet at the pool despite the hotel being full. It's so close to the beach and you are straight out to the paseo. The restaurant staff in particular were very friendly.

United KingdomWonderful hotel but we found the food was very average. There were no identifiers on the food stuffs, it was pretty much a gamble what you picked up from the buffet. Some foodstuffs in the warming trays were cold. Planning also left a little to be desired, cereal was in one place, bowls for cereal were over by the soup at another location and the milk was not chilled.
Wonderful Hotel in an incredible location with helpful friendly helpful staff

United KingdomWe wanted to check out later than 12 midday, but we were told that there wasn’t any rooms available which was disappointing.
The hotel is very clean, in a perfect location right on the beach. The pool area is great , overlooking the beach. The hotel bar is quite cheap with a good selection. The room had a balcony with a great view of the beach and pool.

Very comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast choice and quality excellent. Proximity to the beach ideal for families with children/grandchildren. Clean and inviting swimming pool with many sunbeds in surrounding area. Checkout time at 12.00 is brilliant as it allows for a couple of hours on the beach before returning to room for a shower and final packing.

Great location. Nice and spacious room with view on the pool and the beach. We stayed only for one night with our dog (20kg) for which we had to pay a 12€ fee/day The breakfast buffet was good and everything went great. The staff was very nice. Would recommend!
