The very narrow door and walls and parking bays, only a small car would be able to fit in that whole area, however there seemed to be parking areas close by. We managed to park there but it was not easy and the staff did say that only small cars would fit in.

The Hotel was beautiful, lovely foyer and recreation areas, our room was spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable bed. The area was clean and quiet with restaurants very close as there was no dining on site, only breakfast. The receptionists were helpful and courteous.

My children not living in Huelva would be great - it’s not a city you would visit unless you had to. I have to say that in the 20+ years I have been visiting it has got better - much cleaner, better choice of places to eat etc - but still very little entertainment for families other than Aqualon for bowling or Holea for shopping. The hotel is always consistently good though. The only thing I would change is keeping the bar open for residents past 11pm as it completely shuts.

The staff are welcoming and recognise me from previous visits. They are friendly and put up with my terrible Spanish. Everybody I interact with is great but Africa is particularly smiley - as is the chap who has worked in the bar for years. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the shower is always good. My daughters live in Huelva and stay with us when we visit - the hotel has always accommodated a second room nearby or adjoining. It is close to their home, close to the town and great value for money. My daughters enjoy staying there too.

The prices on the menu in the bar restaurant.wereout of date so we were charged more than expected. The management were sorry they had not been updated but still offered no refund on the overcharge. The parking was an extra at 15 euros per night and only fit for very small cars. Otherwise everything else was good, and the breakfast great.

The property is located 2 minutes from the centre of Huelva. It is exceptionally clean and the staff are very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel

Noise, dated decor and furniture, badly stained corridor carpet.

The rooms are noisy because the sound travels up from the reception area. Bed was comfortable, sheets and towels changed every 3 days. The decor and furnishings are very dated. Water in fridge only provided on first night. One lift was not working, the other took a very long time to arrive. I had problems every day with the access card to my room. Yes, there are also stairs but not possible for me to use. Stains on carpets, dead spider on bathroom ceiling. The staff were friendly and helpful, thank-you in particular to the lovely barman who remembered my order and also the reception guy with the pink tie who helped me.

Great location. Friendly welcome. Immediately found us somewhere secure for our bicycle. Lovely room, clean, tea making facilities, fridge etc.

One lift didn’t work so queues for the other one. Furniture and carpets well worn - need a makeover. Staff made us wait while they chatted. No accurate tourist advice.

Please add a bin in the room! It will make my life easier. And the bathtub is so small, only a small child fits in there (and I am 162 cm tall, so I am already very short, so, cmon hahahahahahahahaha).

Very centrally located, I have no idea about whether or not you can park as I do not drive. The rooms are genuinely beautiful and well maintained. But most importantly, nice and comfy beds :D So I am happy
